I think what we haven’t seen is the return of a key player just prior to postseason play (i.e. Colson). We’ll see soon enough how the committee views this in Notre Dame’s case.

If ND plays like that tomorrow the Hokies will smoke ‘em.

Golden Domers escape. Hokies tomorrow. Win and could be in.

Better be ready. Jerome Robinson is a player and can put 30 on us in a heartbeat. BC came out strong against us – they are an improving program and want to make some noise. Have a great kid coming in from Concord, NC next year.

Lunardi just said he has Notre Dame in with wins over Pitt and Va Tech.

UVa was predicted to finish 6th. He won 17 league games. That’s crazy stuff.

I would have put all my marbles in on Bennett. Incredible season. Then Keatts, no question.

I’m not suggesting they should be in. It’s all relative – how do they stack up with their peers on the bubble? That’s where (I think) it could get interesting.

And with unbalanced scheduling, conference record should never be dispositive (and it never is). They look at the whole body of work – and yes, some are going to say they are a better team with Bonzie back. And they aren’t wrong about that.

I wouldn’t put them in, but if they win a couple three games in Brooklyn, we are going to hear it.

Lunardi currently has us as a 9 seed against TAMU in Pittsburgh. Winner gets top seeded Nova.

Ehh it doesn’t bother me. There isn’t a 1 seed that scares me outside of UVa, and that would never happen. So bring on whomever it is.

Great regular season. Projected 9 seed. Take care of BC/GT winner and then let’s get the Tiggers at 2 on Thursday. Win and we get UVa in the semis. Huge opportunity there to jockey for tourney position.

The committee should not (and doesn’t) grant such slack.

Of course Yogi. But the optics are what they are. And if you think Gott is clean then I have waterfront property in Kansas I’d like to sell you.

Keatts saying State wasn’t involved in any way now looks totally foolish.

Two former N.C. State basketball coaches, including Mark Gottfried, were in contact with the associate of an NBA agent who had been disassociated from N.C. State, according to federal documents published by Yahoo Friday night. Both the agent and the associate are involved in the FBI’s investigation into corruption in college basketball.

Christian Dawkins, a former AAU basketball coach and associate who worked for sports agent Andy Miller at ASM Sports, wrote an email to Miller at 9:52 a.m. on Aug. 29, 2016, that he’d been in contact with N.C. State head coach Gottfried and assistant coach Orlando Early.

I agree about Duke. They seem to have it going and I’d venture to say as much or more raw talent than anyone. But they are young, so could get bounced with a bad effort. I actually like UVa’s chances to make a big run this year. UNC I doubt out of the three.
