I was around for 5 of the Bottom 10 basketball seasons, including the ‘top’ 3!!! (’94-’99).

The most important thing to note about Duke’s loss to WF is that Jabari Parker will still be Player of the Week regardless of this loss. Don’t want anyone to fret about that.

Current athletes at unx* do ‘have enough to do’ such as practicing, lifting, recovering, lounging, playing video games, avoiding class, learning how to skirt ethical issues all while protecting your image. You know, standard stuff.
I don’t relish the idea of playing Maryland again – I’d have been fine sending them to the B1G after beating them sans Warren – we’ve had some awful performances against them the past 20 years or so.
But, bring it on. Let’s send them to the B1G in proper style … no more ACC victories for u (and let’s please not see them in the NIT – no more Maryland!). I also don’t mind seeing Virginia again should we make it past ‘that team’. Cocky elitist snob Virginia fan has gone out of his/her way to let everyone know how much they shut down Warren earlier this season. It would be a great joy to see Warren rip them and knock cocky Virginia fan down a peg or two (reminiscent of them as a 2 seed losing to us in the ACCT in 2007). 99% sure it wouldn’t be a repeat of the abomination in Raleigh, and if they actually whistle UVa for some of their football tackle defense then we could stand a really good shot 🙂
Anyway, let’s beat BC and prepare for 4 in 4. Snicker if you want, but I won’t let the dream die until we are buried with 0:00 left on the clock haha 🙂

Anya, Washington, Freeman, Barber – I’m really excited about the future believe it or not.
As for the ACC at large, Pittsburgh should really start to worry. If they’re not nervous, they should be.
Really, really happy for the guys – especially Warren. He earned and deserved that win.
