Halftime: Budweiser & women’s curling.
I did my time and put in my 15ish minutes on curling yesterday (and only that long because the British skip is a cutie).
I’m good for another 4 years now….sheeesh that’s a boring ‘sport’.No cap tips required or desired. I did it the past couple yers (and will again this year as time allows) because I love it.
I won’t likely be local again by the time the home sched kicks off with Appy, but possibly by the time the Irish roll into town to kick off the conference doings.
A look at UCSB and Elon should be up by this time next week regardless, unless I get murdered.
Yeah, that’s…well, that’s pretty bad.
It’s ironic that the (very few) articles I’ve seen (re: Wilson from NCSU to Wiscy, that is) have had the same general theme….NCSU must be sad/embarrassed/whatever, and so many people will be asking why/how it could have happened.
And yet, no one seems to be asking other than the ‘writers’ of these poorly thought out (and in this particular case, rather disjointed) articles.
Already kinda reminding me of how HWSNBN (still) receives an annual rebirth of sorts in the local pages.

Now I know there’s no love lost for either team… but I’m going to kick off the conversation by saying
“here’s hoping the Holes can show the Twerps the same respect we did last time the Twerps were in West Rawlee… ”So far so good then. Heels taking the twerps behind the baby blue woodshed so far.
I have such mixed emotions about that.
Even during the worst days of Lowe, I never once wished that we still had Herb.
Ditto me on that.
