Agree hire Briles. I was for firing DD on his conference record alone last year. This game was mentally abusive.

So an impoverished person with disabilities can’t vote for the person they think best represents their interests. Yea, that’s American…

What you are advocating for is unconstitutional, so good luck with that.

Why should someone who doesn’t contribute get to vote for me to pay their way at the threat of prison time? This upside down scenario is destroying the greatest civilization in the history of the world. Here’s another clue, cultural diversity is weakness not a strength.

If you get out more than you put in, yes I am. It’s math, no emotional arguments needed. Unsustainable

I don’t think anyone living off government bennies should be able to vote for more, I don’t care what the age. It’s unsustainable and needs to be reeled in.

Shouldn’t be allowed to vote if you don’t pay income taxes to the feds.

Hey,this is where you can tell it like you see it. I don’t care what you think, I know it will be the same old same old. Been there, done that. All you RAH RAHs can go and yell and wolf it up! 6 and 6.

Yep. Wake me when we are ranked again. I won’t hold my breath. We are pretty much bottom feeders in a basketball conference.

I think he’s lucky to have a job this year. Recruiting hasn’t been what was promised. How Dabo Swinney outrecruits everybody and their brother is beyond my understanding. Doeren seems “low energy” compared to both him and Red Bull down the road.

If you are worried now about the year after next, get a grip. We are still recruiting for next year. Almost anything could happen between now and then. I don’t mind the “Kentucky-lite” approach at all. There is probably greater potential risk and greater potential reward. Without any banners hung since V years, I like the risk on play. Good news is that he can be removed when there is too much downside, so enjoy the ride and live a little.

Good news for NC State fans: Abdul-Malik Abu will announce he is withdrawing from NBA Draft and will return to school, source told ESPN.

    Yes it is!

It’s about the record (which is good enough today).

I guess it wasn’t about the record this year.
Nonetheless I agree Gott has pulled in some amazing talent. No reason not to make some noise next year.

Sure it was. Nobody was happy with that. If we get more of those than S16’s he is toast as he should be. It all goes on the ledger. I do like his recruiting. We seem to be in the mix big time every year on that front. There will be misses, naturally. If he can settle down with his staff and get The top 100 or so guys to buy in and then rack up a 5 star or 2 we will be very good more often than not. He’s not Valvano but he’s not a complete doofus with in game coaching either. I do have concerns on the team building (play for each other) issues as well. Would love to see teams with that attitude. Maybe a dynamic team leader was needed and missing. Those are championship type issues.

When was the last time State had 2 potential lottery picks on one team? At this juncture maybe you malcontents should quit backbiting the coach and enjoy the upcoming season. You are not gonna be secure in seeing recruits stay 4 years and then graduate or go pro anymore. It will always be a scramble. Get used to it and give up on your control issues. It’s about the record (which is good enough today). Let’s see how we do, shall we?

This is really kind of bad news is it not. What if the Pack is good next year? That might mean Gott will have more breathing room and not be as easy to gott rid of.

This is the problem with some “fans.” Some would rather see State lose to fit their agenda than see them succeed and miss their agenda.

So this is the part when we measure someone’s “fanhood” by how much they agree with your opinion…

I guess you never hoped we would lose out with Lowe so we could get rid of that weight around our neck. If not I guarantee you are in the minority as anyone with a brain knew he was never going to win anything.

Dude, if you are pulling against a team, that pretty much means you are not a fan. Think about it.

30 is a little too late. Have them, get them out the door, then you can have your fun in your 40’s and 50’s.

If you are treating your children like kids in their 20’s you are part of their problem, just saying

I didn’t see the speech at the link. RW is more successful than TOB tho, not even close. Winner gets the spoils.

What we have is selective enforcement of the rules. We may have transgressions that could cost Yow her position or be embarrassing, who knows. She is gonna act in her best interest, I would’t expect her to open her mouth. We cannot however be anywhere near the level of the blue bloods considering the fact that we were dinged before and had the program dismantled at the same time everyone else was ramping up with ESPN and more money into the system. We as an institution have nothing to lose, but the institution is run by individuals that do, hence she keeps her trap shut. It would behoove NC State greatly if the whole thing was nuked and everyone started over from scratch playing by the same rules and enforcement. But this is not a perfect world.
