Ha, well said and I’d love to consider myself schooled about tradition. Very well written but other than outstanding fans, awesome football, wonderful tailgate experience and passion for all our sports….well, I guess you can sum up all of that in “tradition”. Anyway, agreed or not I was simply wandering what color to wear! If I made out I was taking that personal I apologize. Hell, I was being sarcastic in my first sentence in speaking of our choice of games in which to debut the new uni’s. Whatever, I just want to see some excitement if it comes in the form of lime green jerseys and pink pants. Sitting through the TOB years all but put me in a coma
Wow thanks for the sarcastic input!!! Our job is to buy tickets, donate to the wolfpack club and support the team no matter what. Trust me, they are trying to win the damn game and no uniforms won’t matter in that quest. What they do matter in is marketing our product to young kids who could care less about tradition (which folks like you need a reality check, WE DON’T HAVE ONE) and care more about what schools can do for them. Drives me crazy alumni wanting to compare our history and simplistic uniforms to the likes of Alabama, Penn State, Notre Dame…blah blah blah. Those schools have traditions…mainly of winning. We haven’t even finished in the top three of our division in how long???? If there ever was a time to change things up I’d say it’s now.
Well unless the jersey says something new behind his hands what’s new about the uniform, other than the new helmet? And it does appear the wall says “the law of the jungle”….and if it does wow. unreal
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LOGICALLY EXPLAIN WHAT YOU MEAN….OR WHAT IS YOUR ARGUMENT ABOUT TRADITION AS IT APPLIES TO NC STATE? the closest I ever saw this team finish near the top of the ACC the had the diamond logo on the helmets…did every one bitch and moan when we went away from that and went to the make me piss my pants exciting mini “S BLOCK” logo??? We do not have tradition…we have not finished above 3rd in the division…..YES NOT ABOVE 3rd IN THE DIVISION in over 10 years. You want a tradition, there’s one…sucking a**. How in the world anyone can complain about something energizing like this blows my mind and to beat all, the helmet actually looks good. It’s unique, not just a matte black or the carbon fiber look but a blend of all things new. Our program is stagnent…I welcome anything new. Bunch of old a**es sitting around griping and complaining about everything yet you still unload tons of money to support the sh*t ship we’ve been sailing on now for years. YOU WANT TO BE BOLD AND REALLY HAVE YOUR VOICE HEARD?????? STOP BUYING TICKETS, let Debbie look down and see a half empty Carter. Better idea, REALIZE THAT TO GET ANY GOOD/GREAT RECRUITS WE HAVE TO DO MORE THAN HAVE A GREAT FACILITY…EVERYONE HAS ONE NOW. WE HAVE TO BE PROACTIVE IN ANY WAY WE CAN TO MARKET OUR PROGRAM TO YOUNG ATHLETIC KIDS. GO PACK!!! SOMEONE HELP ME OUT PLEASE!!!! So my only options now after trying to support what should be a top 10 team is to trade my Duel at the DBAP tickets in for Sh*tty Durham Bulls tickets or USA Baseball tickets??? Really???? How can that hold up?

Everyone moaning and groaning about defense remember…these young men either know or don’t know, have the fire or don’t have the fire well before they step on campus….many of our kids just don’t. Ralston Turner has the ugliest shot in the history, sure, some go in….some would go in if Cat shot more 3’s, Buckets shot 3’s, Tyler shot 3’s….RALSTON CAN NOT GUARD ANYONE. Who gives a flying poo at this point, losing a hard fought game to the hells, panthers, orange, tigers (mizzu) sure…keep supporting, but losing at home to Miami by 15? Really THIS JUST IN…..the Harlem Globe Trotters have scheduled the Pack during their summer tour.

perfect summary of this game. Coach….GET TJ OFF THE GD BENCH!!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO ANYA????? ZONE? Page and THUG LIFE Leslie were open off every screen, thank God THUG LIFE is horrible or he’d went off for 30 as well. Some of the calls from the bench baffle me. TJ makes both, 2nd overtime and who knows however reality tells us we drop a crap turn again. why am I surprised.
