Wheeeeee mysterious disappearing comments.
It was in pending. Thanks for letting me know.
Yeah, that spam filter is set to kill.
Yeah I cannot figure out what sets it off. Like I said let me know and I will go in and fix it now that I know how.
RickKeymasterThat is really good news. Now losing Abu does not hurt too much. Gott is a master at scrambling.
RickKeymasterNotice how significantly teen pregnancy falls off after the early 20s.
Well yeah. It drops to zero as they are no longer teens.
If only the methods we had were perfect. If only the imperfect methods weren’t significantly less effective when used imperfectly. If only we allowed teaching of something other than the aspirin method of birth control.
I am not sure what point you are trying to argue. My point, which I have made very clear, is that a baby for young people limits their choices and thus is not a good idea. Are you arguing that teen pregnancy is a good thing or just arguing because it is me?

RickKeymasterYes, people should plan better for their unplanned pregnancy.
If only we had some idea what causes a pregnancy so we could avoid it. Alas maybe science will one day figure out this mysterious process.
RickKeymasterI haven’t seen him play but 91 points? Wow
That would be a good pickup. Gott knows how to scramble so maybe he pulls him in.RickKeymasterYou would think something would make kids realize a baby early in life restricts your options.
Or, you can look at it like the child is a gift from the man upstairs, and will make you grow up and work your tail off more than any one teacher can tell you. That little girl put a jet in Cat’s step, no question. He’ll get rewarded for it.
They are a gift from God but they also are a huge commitment and having them young and out of wedlock restricts your options.
RickKeymasterYou would think something would make kids realize a baby early in life restricts your options. If you have to make the beast with two backs wrap that rascal.
RickKeymasterI figured that out by accident a while ago.
I knew
Then you should have shared with those of us that are a little slower.
I always had you in the fast category, pakfan is the one I had tagged as slow.
I keeeed. I keeed.
RickKeymasterBut I love quoting more than I love breathing.
And we love it when you quote people, particularly Rick
Brilliance should be repeated 😉
RickKeymasterHere’s forum news that new to me….I highlighted Wuf’s last sentence and hit quote. Only that sentence showed up in the reply box and it was correctly attributed. Who knew?
I figured that out by accident a while ago. It is a nice tidbit.
RickKeymasterI throw this out there for anyone that still thinks football and MBB are going to face punishment of any significance — they aren’t. NCAA knows it. Hatchell knows it. Hat knows it. Roy knows it. I know it. You know it. Oh, she’s got beef all right.
I am willing to bet she got paid for all of this.
RickKeymasterhe is the best of the last 4 BB coaches we have had, he has far exceeded Sid and Herb and Les, who you are you gonna get if he is fired
So he’s the world’s tallest midget.
On a serious note, he has had a good first four years but has not built anything. It is a constant scramble to get players. His recruiting is dropping, and the further into his tenure we go, the worse his teams are. It mirrors Alabama. That’s the concerns.

Because it fit the topic.
And was hilariously labeled ‘best case’.
You labeled the topic “worst case” and my post is not “worst case”. And I am glad I could bring you some laughs. You are welcome.
05/10/2016 at 2:58 PM in reply to: NC State Sports Worst Case Scenarios and Insane Solutions Thread. #103276RickKeymasterFor a while its been pretty obvious how this was going to end up. I have not been pretty vocal of my irritation with Yow and its for this very reason. She is giving out unearned raises. The only reason to look up Gott would be if someone else was trying to poach him. At this point, that is the best case scenario. When he leaves in two years, the cupboard will be bare. No talent whatsoever and it will be a massive rebuilding effort. Is hard to find a coach that wants to do that. IMO we are staring 4 years of suck right in the eye. But NCSU has never been proactive. We wait until its too late.
Any reason you posted this? You seem very stalkerish this morning.
Says the guy quoting something from four days ago…..who’s the real creeper here?
OOOOOOKAY. Is it that time of the month for you?

RickKeymasterI think an ostrich is a more appropriate symbol than a camel.
Or a donkey, as the case may be.
Or a lemming

RickKeymasterI am a wiiiiiild and crazy guy.
RickKeymasterI agree with you in that if you look at individual games it is easy I explain away or problems.
I bet your tons of fun at parties.
I am not sure what this had to do with anything but I actually am.
RickKeymasterUm, saint Louis had a good enough year they were able to avoid the play in game.
Um, we were talking about that one game, not the season.
I agree with you in that if you look at individual games it is easy I explain away or problems.
RickKeymasterUm, St. Louis didn’t play a play-in game the night before, and then hop on a flight to the next game and arrive at their hotel at ~ 3AM.
Um, saint Louis had a good enough year they were able to avoid the play in game.
RickKeymasterIf you are looking for an excuse you will always find one. That was one of the worst collapsed I have witnessed. We’re we toured? Sure. So was the other team. Of course if Gott could keep his players them maybe we would not be running on fumes.
RickKeymasterThe problems are that massive buy out, the re-upped extension and doubling down with new assistants. We’re seemingly pot committed to this path for at least 1-2 more years, so this isn’t the end.
My question is about Yow. How is she getting a pass on this? These things were pretty obvious to me from year 2, and were should have been painfully clear to anyone watching in year 3 (when we had the ACC POY and lost in our Last four in Game) and most of year 4. There was nothing prior to the last offseason that screamed “extension and raise” yet she got it pushed through. Is there no accountability there? For a while its been pretty obvious how this was going to end up. I have not been pretty vocal of my irritation with Yow and its for this very reason. RickKeymasterThis is well beyond absurd. I think Abu had a two year plan when he enrolled and since it didn’t work out it must be Gott”s fault for using him the wrong way. He needs all four years to even sniff the NBA draft. We shall see how this unfolds.
How many players have to sprint away from our program before we stop blaming the players?
