Why do we even care? McCants isn’t saying anything we, or the NCAA didn’t already know.
If the NCAA hasn’t done anything by now, they’re not going to do anything.
pakfanistanParticipantThis is the closest I can find….

Regardless, Jules will be on 99.9 at 4 to expound.
pakfanistanParticipantMy interpretation of Julius Hodge’s remark are different. I interpret that he thinks that McCants is a snitch and possibly criminally insane. He did not say that McCants was lying, just that he should have kept his mouth shut.
I think Hodge deleted the tweet I’m referencing because I can’t find it now. He actually used the words “not a reliable source”
pakfanistanParticipantHodge says McCants isn’t a reliable source.
pakfanistanParticipantPark it on the street with the keys in it and walk away 😛
pakfanistanParticipantHey, anything could happen. Scottie Pippen was a walk on.
pakfanistanParticipantPlease desribe his abilities…I don’t give a rat’s behind if it DT’s grandchild who walks on> Can he play basketball or is this a distraction???
Distraction.
pakfanistanParticipantHaha, remember when this all started four years ago, and we thought their might possibly be consequences for UNC.
LOL good times 🙂
pakfanistanParticipantSilver did what most of would. He’s a business man. And he only did what is best for his business.
I almost think the only reason they took action this time is because of the insult to Magic Johnson, and because it dredged up his history of racism. At that point the NBA looked very forgiving of Sterling’s views. They had to take extreme measures to try to curtail that narrative.
pakfanistanParticipantFreedom of association and dissassociation should be protected imo.
That seems to be what’s going on here. A private organization is choosing to disassociate itself from a person who is offensive to a large portion of it’s employees and fan base.
pakfanistanParticipantI think he’s saying Politicians are POS.
Troof.
pakfanistanParticipantI don’t think you have to be PC to think Donald Sterling is a racist POS.
The nice thing about him is he’s out in the open about it. He doesn’t hide it behind coded language.
pakfanistanParticipantI’d expect plagiarism from UNC….
On a vaguely related note, it looks like Corch Jr. is planning on walking on to the bball team.
pakfanistanParticipantI haven’t seen anyone post with boundless optimism in two years.
pakfanistanParticipantAccording to Jeff Goodman, Graham has chosen Kansas.
This is why we can’t have nice things.
pakfanistanParticipantDon’t forget we had several years of the worst coach in the history of the NBA in that time frame. I wonder what it looks like if you only consider the last three years.
pakfanistanParticipantRivals has updated their rankings and moved Graham to a 4* and number #36 in the class, ahead of Abu at #45.
pakfanistanParticipantNot here to pass judgment, but, pathetic- all of you.
A thing of beauty is a joy for ever

– Michael ScottpakfanistanParticipantI’ve hated nothing in life so much as I hated 8 AM calc classes in that lightless hell hole.
Having said that, I loved the weirdness of it and will be sad to see it go.
04/21/2014 at 3:16 PM in reply to: Torian Graham sighting! More people will read this article than will see him play. #51328pakfanistanParticipantWhy are we crapping on him?
There’s every indication he’s had a tough time. If he can get it turned around and succeed, more power to him.
Kelvin Sampson, however, is a turd.
pakfanistanParticipantI wanted to believe 🙁
pakfanistanParticipantMan, it would be nice if an NC State player could get a ring while still wearing our jersey.
04/16/2014 at 10:37 PM in reply to: Gottfried’s Wolfpack will have work cut out for them next year #51229pakfanistanParticipantI think next year is the barometer on Gott. Either we learn to play defense, or we have four data points that say we’re never going to.
04/16/2014 at 5:48 PM in reply to: Gottfried’s Wolfpack will have work cut out for them next year #51218pakfanistanParticipantUnfortunately it wouldn’t keep the time, skip to 8:45.

Also, Warren, while he got a lot of steals, wasn’t really very good on defense. He had good anticipation, but basically no ability to play positional defense. He caught out of a stance, flat footed, more times than I can count. His scoring will be tough to replace. His defense…not so much.IMO you are wrong about Bucket’s defense. Nonetheless there is no way Turner will be better defensively.
Oh, no way Turner is going to be an improvement defensively. He was atrocious last year. Lacey might be though.
Here’s video of the problems TJ had on defense.
