Now he will have to handle the expectations that come with the raise. Keeping the staff together is important so i hope that is being addressed along with CDD. I know Canada got a raise, but they also need to focus on guys like Kitchings, etc.
BTW, someone may want to fix the football schedule dates on the right side of the screen. They are all off a week or so, and some are completely wrong. E.g. we play Clemson on Halloween (10/31). It looks like this might be last year’s dates with this year’s games.

Other than cat’s play, nothing excited me yesterday. I recognize Louisville is top 10 but they played awful, shooting less than 33% from the floor. Maybe that was due to our defense but I’ll wait for us to string several games in a row to feel confident this wasn’t just a one-off
a good strategy would be to run our offense and shoot a high probability two… so we do the opposite.

I may take heat over this, but i don’t care. I complain about officiating a lot, but the call on Martin was legit. He dropped his shoulder into the kid and it is plainly visible. The kid may have flopped some but there was no reason for Martin to run into him. If the shoe was on the other foot we would be screaming about it.

Us longer suffering fans have seen this movie too many times. It doesn’t matter if it is against UVA or Clemson.
Our inability to score inside is one of the main reasons we lose games. We’ve been down by 5 points and now 3 for the last 2 and a half minutes and have had PLENTY of chances.
True dat… we’d actually have to commit to driving inside to score there.
Did the ACC have to give away advertising tonight? It’s the same three over and over…. at least Progressive is mixing up them.
Unhappy with the shot selection and lack of driving to the basket. At least we’re keeping it close. That may be more of a function of UVA’s poor shooting.
Go down 23, run all the way back to down 5, just to get beat by 10. It wouldn’t so bad if it weren’t so damn predictable.
