packbackr04Participant
i like the logo. i wish we would do all white more. I also think it would look nice if we did a white matte helmet with the all white unis.
packbackr04Participantpicked up an Oklahoma offer yesterday as well.
packbackr04ParticipantKansas? who would leave Raleigh for Lawrence?…. pass
09/29/2014 at 9:27 AM in reply to: Let the recruiting gates open – Reggie Gallaspy come on down! #57584packbackr04ParticipantGallaspy is the prototypical Wisconsin back which should fit Doeren and Canadas system very well.
packbackr04Participantits the collar that gets me. whats up with that?
packbackr04ParticipantThere’s look better without the big collar
packbackr04ParticipantAgree. Cherry has lost his confidence returning punts. Put Underwood or Dayes back there and do it THIS week. Cherry has 5 TDS on the season IIRC, so he shouldn’t get his feelings hurt if we do it now. He knows hes an integral part of the O, he just wont be returning punts any longer
packbackr04Participanti still dont see how selling this property at that price is a good thing for North Carolinians?
packbackr04Participantthats awesome! nice work WVW.
09/03/2014 at 2:48 PM in reply to: NC State Football By The Numbers – Post Georgia Southern Edition #55357packbackr04ParticipantShadrach…. not surprisingly was our best back, although Dayes also played well. We need to keep feeding Shad the ball at 7.3 YPC.
packbackr04ParticipantI worry about the heat for those boys in all black… In early September!!! I much prefer all white.
packbackr04Participantis it just me or does it feel like this article could have just as easily been written about UNX?

packbackr04ParticipantIt also looks like the sign above the wolves says “the Law of the Jungle” which is interesting because I was unaware Wolves inhabited jungles.
packbackr04Participantwe needed to keep the pine trees to stay on Heather Dinich’s list of best stadiums in the ACC. duh.
packbackr04ParticipantI like it. this should have been the midfield logo as well last yr as opposed to the abomination that was the head in the outline of the State.
packbackr04Participantis there a way to stream 88.1 for those of us outside the listening area?
packbackr04Participantdont know about Jarvis Haywood. But we supposedly look very good for Devonte Graham (PG) who will be eligible next yr after he was released from App State.
packbackr04Participantwould we need him with the twins coming in? They will be sophomores after this year and presumably after a year playing college ball will be ready to contribute.
packbackr04Participantwhat was Nate tweeting about not being able to get into the gym? anyone have any info on that?
04/09/2014 at 9:00 AM in reply to: CNN: California Congressman Demands Answers From the NCAA About UNC #50989packbackr04Participantthis is my favorite quote and something that I still cant wrap my head around. I mean, who would believe that 20 years ago one man… Mr Nyangoro would set this system up all by himself. Two things in my mind are for certain, he did NOT do this alone, and he did NOT do it for free.
“UNC has long insisted that the paper classes were solely the idea of one man — now-indicted professor Julius Nyang’oro, who was head of the African-American studies department.”
packbackr04Participant7 months in the snow? come on…. its still NC. Sure it could snow in seven months out of the year but the next day its gonna be 65 so its not like living in Stoors, CT. Boone is a beautiful place with a ton of allure. Jerry Moore had a tough time recruiting there (rolls eyes like Rodney Dangerfield). The main things with Boone are its just tougher to get to. You cant really fly into their airport, so teams & and recruits would have to fly into winston/charlotte/ or tri-cities and then drive in. AND the real biggie, its not a huge TV market. So if we are to believe (I do) the shifting landscape of college football over the past few years is based primarily on # of TV sets then that is a limiting factor for Boone as well.
Lutz could make a winner out of App State, but will he be willing to take a pay cut to do so?
edit/disclaimer: I went to ASU undergrad, so I am biased.
packbackr04ParticipantAgree, Paige is def lottery material
packbackr04ParticipantI read elsewhere that the football team twitter indicated they will be making a HUGE announcement this week. Wonder what that could be?
packbackr04ParticipantEffective PG play…. I say it again, is so important
packbackr04ParticipantBig difference? Effective PG play
