i like the logo. i wish we would do all white more. I also think it would look nice if we did a white matte helmet with the all white unis.
Agree. Cherry has lost his confidence returning punts. Put Underwood or Dayes back there and do it THIS week. Cherry has 5 TDS on the season IIRC, so he shouldn’t get his feelings hurt if we do it now. He knows hes an integral part of the O, he just wont be returning punts any longer
Shadrach…. not surprisingly was our best back, although Dayes also played well. We need to keep feeding Shad the ball at 7.3 YPC.

It also looks like the sign above the wolves says “the Law of the Jungle” which is interesting because I was unaware Wolves inhabited jungles.
I like it. this should have been the midfield logo as well last yr as opposed to the abomination that was the head in the outline of the State.
dont know about Jarvis Haywood. But we supposedly look very good for Devonte Graham (PG) who will be eligible next yr after he was released from App State.
would we need him with the twins coming in? They will be sophomores after this year and presumably after a year playing college ball will be ready to contribute.

7 months in the snow? come on…. its still NC. Sure it could snow in seven months out of the year but the next day its gonna be 65 so its not like living in Stoors, CT. Boone is a beautiful place with a ton of allure. Jerry Moore had a tough time recruiting there (rolls eyes like Rodney Dangerfield). The main things with Boone are its just tougher to get to. You cant really fly into their airport, so teams & and recruits would have to fly into winston/charlotte/ or tri-cities and then drive in. AND the real biggie, its not a huge TV market. So if we are to believe (I do) the shifting landscape of college football over the past few years is based primarily on # of TV sets then that is a limiting factor for Boone as well.
Lutz could make a winner out of App State, but will he be willing to take a pay cut to do so?

I read elsewhere that the football team twitter indicated they will be making a HUGE announcement this week. Wonder what that could be?
