As the old breed passes on, it won’t matter any more.
NCSU88Participant“If you own it, you maintain value of the brand.”
I don’t get why they are hung up on the brand thing. Just do the right thing and the rest will take of itself. If you get into trying to maintain an image or brand, then you find yourself where they are now. Shakes head.

No way anything comes out on his involvement. He is sacred.

NCSU88ParticipantOne of my favorite authors is PT Deutermann. Action/Suspense. I highly recommend “Scorpion in the Sea” and “Train Man” for some really good potential terrorism scenarios. The Cam Richter series is based in western NC, so that’s pretty cool, too.
David Poyer writes some good nautical and naval fiction.
Kevin Duffuss’ “War Zone: World War II off North Carolina’s Outer Banks” is really interesting for you OBX folks.
James Hornfischer’s “Last Stand of the Tin Can Sailors” and “Neptunes Inferno” are both great reads. Fascinating and terrifying at the same time.
I am Navy (retired now), so I read a lot of military stuff.
NCSU88ParticipantGlad to have the forums back. There were some great discussions here in the past. Any way to get our Flickr link back?

Bring in all the secretaries and assistants who worked for these clowns. They know exactly what was going on.
NCSU88ParticipantWaste of money. Use what we already have.
