ParticipantOK, reset boys…

ParticipantWasn’t that called a charge? Did he say blocking on State?
MrPlywood
ParticipantExcellent effort on the boards.

ParticipantI don’t know that he was moving, but his feet were about 7 feet apart.

ParticipantWe’re having nice weather in Victoria.

ParticipantThat was a crappy call… What? The game hasn’t started yet? My bad…

ParticipantThe article did point this out: “Wilson chose North Carolina State because Chuck Amato — who would be fired even before Wilson arrived in Raleigh — was the only coach who would allow him to play quarterback and also pursue his dream with baseball. To Wilson, there were no other options. That was his plan.”
So the “scrawny second baseman” got his shot at college football via NC State and the willingness to allow him to be a two-sport player.
And the article did not point out that despite the “debacle”, I’m not sure that RW would have gotten a shot at the NFL had he not played for Wisconsin. Who knows. He has certainly made the most of his opportunities. And I”ll be rooting for him and the Hawks on Sunday.

ParticipantMy post in the ND game thread: We want the team to execute in critical moments, I think it’s fair to ask the same of the officials.
I stand by that.

ParticipantI feel like I have been watching the same game for the last 15 years.
Like “Groundhog Day”. But remember that Murray practiced that day over and over, got better at everything then finally broke out of the cycle 🙂

ParticipantIn my opinion, each time we score off ball movement, we have had a successful possession. We get away from this too easy.
This. I don’t mind jump shots provided that the ball has been moved around, because IMO that means their are more O rebound opportunities because the D cannot just sit back around the lane.
Re: Abu’s foul situation, #’s 4 and 5 were awful calls. Maybe that’s what you’re saying…

ParticipantI might be the whiniest MF’er here, but I’m at least self-aware …
That made me LOL. 🙂

Participant*sigh* Hurts to lose a VERY winnable game.

ParticipantWe want the team to execute in critical moments, I think it’s fair to ask the same of the officials. That’s all.
MrPlywood
ParticipantI’m having a head time biting my tongue here. I’ll just say that Abu should still be on the floor.
MrPlywood
Participanthome run try? really?
MrPlywood
ParticipantHow about Cat? Fantastic play all around.
Agreed.

ParticipantShare the ball Trevor.

Participantre: refs – I just don’t like “insult to injury” when bad calls compound State’s legit mistakes.
I’ll stop now. It seems to be out of the team’s heads, I”ll get it out of mine.
MrPlywood
ParticipantState is still in this for sure. Game seems to have settled down some. Like BD says, move the ball!
