Should I hold my breath and wait for the investigation to determine if * cough – prove that – cough* other players have taken advantage of Fats’ largesse?
Just saw that on ESPN.com wufpup. I’m now preparing for the “big one” to hit out here because clearly the Earth is off its axis.
I like Lewis, always have. But I wonder if he went to the coaches and spoke those words out loud before posting it to the universe – a universe which has zero influence on his playing time.
Don’t know how I missed this thread, but I came in late anyway and only saw the last few minutes. A nice road win for the Pack, and a nice home loss for the Holes always makes for a good day!
Nice slam except that he carried the ball 2 or 3 times before he got to the rim, practically And1 Mix Tape quality. Surely KH and crew will keep an eye on that tendency.
Not only would I like to see the team play a conference game there, I’d like to see them WIN one there.
Vandy’s performance in the LB game was pretty much what I expected from him this season – few points but a presence on D and rebounding. The other higher scoring games have been gravy. His early season results seem to have inspired him to work even harder, which is great, and having his teammates acknowledge his efforts by feeding him for slams has been fun to watch. Here’s to more improvement across the board.

Once again I’ll put in a plug for X and “Hungry Wolf”. Do not confuse with the Duran Duran tripe. Age 51. I’m not old.
True story: In early 1984, as a fairly recent design grad, I travelled to Manhattan to look for work. After a couple of weeks I had to head back to NC to do a little work and make some money for a return trip. While I was in La Guardia airport waiting for my flight, I looked up and noticed a small group of people coming my way and they were led by… Ozzy Osbourne. I wasn’t sure it was really him until he sat down right across from me and I saw the OZZY tattooed on his fingers. I wasn’t really a fan but I wasn’t about to miss the opportunity, so I struck up a conversation. We talked for about a half-hour covering all sorts of subjects from my design work to Lyndon LaRouche’s presidential campaign (there was an info table set up near us). Right before my flight, I asked for an autograph for my younger brother. I happened to have an 8 x 10 bw photo of my brother in my portfolio (which was was suitably off-kilter composition) and Ozzy signed it to him writing “Keep on that Crazy Train”. 🙂
