And NBC didn’t even show it from the side on the replay. I hate having to watch this game on NBC. It may have been legit but I can’t tell
^ and I love how he was 12 of 25 (48% completion percentage) for 128 yards (not much at all) with a touchdown [and a very costly pick].
Truly, Glennon wasn’t getting it done, but come on here….
I’d like to add, I really liked our commercial (TV) during halftime last week. It was very very good. Not the creepy guy that looked at the backside of the patient in a hospital gown they had before. This one was well done. Even my wife, not an NCSU grad, commented how professional it was. Kudos to the marketing team there for sure.
I also liked the announcers and appreciated that they stayed focused on our game and gave us some props as well.
I totally agree on this and said this a few times last night. Sometimes ESPN spends the whole game talking about their other games. I don’t know if it was because the announcers weren’t college football announcers or what, but they really did spend almost all of the time focused on our game. They gave our crowd props ALL night, and were really balanced. I don’t have a twitter account to let them know, but I hope ESPN hears that this type of announcing is what fans want, where they actually talk about the game and both teams, not just the one they’re propping up.
Love DD’s on field post game. Said he knew Finley would tear their secondary up if they protected him. Said he loved the players and was emotional.
Why not use the swing pass that we’ve used all night? It’s an extension of the run. Gotta go for the first down here for sure.
Don’t give them anything easy. Make them use clock no matter what….we’ll unless we get a turnover. That can come at any point.
I think I’m also impressed that this team got ranked this week and instead of laying the egg that we’re all used to, this team has been very disciplined in probably the DLine’s biggest challenge in terms of staying focused.
I’d even take a 7 min drive with missed FG or a 1 min TD drive. Our defense has stepped up tonight! But I like your idea better for sure.
I was one who wasn’t sure about DD’s aggressiveness in his first year. We didn’t have the horses. Now, this whole staff is controlled aggressive. Love it!
How big is that FG now? Still playing solid. The offense has been wearing them down. Let’s keep it up.
