Up 13-7 in the second half. Can we forget that there was a 1st half???
mak4dpakParticipantFinley still looking like crap. Has no confidence.
mak4dpakParticipantRemember they beat fsu 63-20, so it hasn’t gotten that bad yet. Unfortunately my initial predictions of a close win, or a blowout are coming true, and how many points have we given them? They need no help, but I guess we can just run up the middle for minus yards, to keep it from getting worse. Petrino will pour it own. No holding back from the cards.
mak4dpakParticipantforget the bus. Make em walk back!
mak4dpakParticipantwhere is the targeting call on the Dayes hit?
mak4dpakParticipantSeems Finley has lost it since the int in OT last week. Better find it quick.
mak4dpakParticipantBetter get over the hangover from last week. Getting ugly! Offense better produce this time. Pass down the middle please.
mak4dpakParticipantNeed another defensive stop or turnover. Then maybe the offense has figured out how to gain yards, and move the ball.
mak4dpakParticipantThanks for a long awaited blog. Now if we can just get a live blog today, that really would be great. Or at least one after the game, if we win, or keep it competitive. Guess we will see. Go Pack!
mak4dpakParticipantI predict one of 2 things, a blowout by the ville, or win by the Pack. I am leaning toward the latter.
mak4dpakParticipantGuess Bambard saved you from having to eat a pair of new balance shoes, huh?
mak4dpakParticipantPerhaps this time around we should save all the negativity toward the coach and team, and wait til after the Louisville game. Still amazed at the numerous doubters who never gave us a chance vs Clemson. But since there is no blog, guess the team doesn’t deserve any praise for their efforts in the homecoming game in clemson.
mak4dpakParticipantPerhaps it could be special teams, with the kicking game, but still feel Bambard has issues, when the pressure is on to make it. And if so, he has got to stop feeding off the fear. We all know he is capable, and even had the distance yesterday. If we pull it out next week, hoping the kicking game gets us there. The Clemson fans had started leaving at the end of regulation, but the loud cheer after the miss, sent them running back. Still frustrated with the turn of events. We have to use our performance yesterday, to build on, and send the Cards to defeat. We can do it. Just as I had faith in the team yesterday, and never predicted a lopsided loss, like many just knew was a given, even on television.
mak4dpakParticipantAnd if Clemson is the best we play, then we have every chance in the world to win out, and have 2 losses for the season, where we could have easily won, and be undefeated. But 2 losses would still be a great season, and great bowl game. The coastal division just sucks. And please give us a blog on the game, the guys played pretty darn well, and deserve praise for their efforts, especially the defense, don’t stay in hiding because it wasn’t the blowout predicted by most here. And yes I was in Death Valley for the game. Disappointed, but never the less proud, of the team.

mak4dpakParticipantPlayed the #3 team in the country on their homecoming, and had our chances. Fire the Coach? Are you serious? Nobody gave us a chance, and just quite laughable at the expert score predictions. The coach can’t kick FGS, both losses on Bambard, and his inability to make FGS in crunch time. Hero to zero. Not the coach. But thankfully Yow won’t be having any thought of firing Doeren. Bambard missed 3 FGs in the game.
mak4dpakParticipantOur defense has to keep their QB in check, less he runs wild, like he did 2 years ago there. And our offense needs long sustained drives to use clock time. If we can manage those 2 things, anything is possible.
mak4dpakParticipantA day of the good, the bad, and the ugly. Good win over Notre Dame, bad weather, and ugly sight seeing my car totalled returning home. Thankfully my rental car will get me to Clemson, in great weather.
mak4dpakParticipantAnd the Pack has no difficulty pulling out this win, even with some of the questionable calls by the refs, giving us 140+ penalty yards. No way! Yet we still win this one. Go Pack!
mak4dpakParticipantMy optimism says 2 games played at the same time. We beat the deacs, and the other state beats the holes in florida. That would be a perfect day.
mak4dpakParticipantAnd the Panthers blow a big lead in the 4th. Why? There new offensive coordinator more than likely. That would be Matt Canada. Don’t miss him. Hope the Noles lay one on the holes next week. Go Pack!
mak4dpakParticipantMissing my Pack today, so going Panthers, the Pitt version.
mak4dpakParticipantWow, the strike must still be own???
mak4dpakParticipantGuess if we get another blog, we can title it, WFU?
mak4dpakParticipantMiscues by ECU cost them the game vs. USC, won all categories, including turnovers, which did them in, as we did the same vs. them in Greenville. But congrats to the team for getting back on track, yet still leaving room for improvement. Our QB continues to play well, with a 76% pass rating. And Hines didn’t even play yesterday, d/t injury. We get the week off, then 2 big home games vs WF, and ND. Both winnable, minus the miscues. Go Pack! Maybe you can earn your way back to getting a new blog.
