Finally they have shut her down. Idiots. Too late. Only makes them look worse. In the meantime, David Glenn working as hard as ever to pump his university back up out of the septic tank by doing his own research….stating yesterday that the average SAT scores for affleets entering his school rank in the top five nationally and btw, NCSU is not in the top five. I’m not sure if this includes the chess team. Of course, he was also quick to point out that every other university in the world is doing the exact same thing….but I suppose just doing it better than his university, since they got caught.
History hates the Wolfpack. Winston Salem is where the Pack goes to lose. The UVA stench still surrounds this team. Obviously I have a really bad feeling about tonight. But I feel certain our guys can read and write.
Roy is whining and crying about how unfair it is that one of his boys has been called out as not being able to read or write. Of course he denies it is true, but I find it ironic that he feels it to be unfair. The Carolina Way was/is an elaborate system designed to create an unfair advantage on the field/court by circumventing the rules adhered to by competitors. Such a system allows superior athletes to enroll at Carolina and “become” student-athletes w/o in some cases having achieved a 3rd grade reading level or in the case of Roy’s recruit, the ability to read or write at all. Roy, cheating is unfair. Getting caught cheating is not unfair. If you really didn’t want to risk the kid’s feelings getting hurt, then you should not have invited him into your scheme of fraud. Your victim approach to all this is disgusting. You don’t fool us.
Taped the game because I’d rather watch the Seahawks live. I watched the first 2-3 mins in real time and then fast forwarded at 4X speed the rest of the game with my eye on the score. Thought my DVR was broken cause only one score was changing. God awful dog vomit of a game. No passion.
It’s interesting to me to hear ORW whine and cry and pout about how unfair all this bad press is. He says his team is not being treated fairly. Is that not ironic? He demands that the press not highlight how stupid his players are. Yet the Carolina Way, as we have learned, is specifically designed to allow unqualified “students” to enter the university so that they can help the athletic department compete with an UNFAIR advantage! YOU CHEAT ROY! THAT IS NOT FAIR ROY!

BTW, on the men’s side, is a loss to UNCheat now a “bad” loss, as they say? Ha ha ha ha ha ha…. Rat bastards! They will be “0-3 in the ACC” after this weekend.
Loved the soft press. Not so much an harrassing press as an annoying one. Really never let them get in a groove. Wish Washington would add a bit of arc to his mini hook…he really line drives the ball straight at the rim with a small margin of error. GREAT team win.

Most long time Pack supporters such as myself will tell you they share a similar “hopeful” feeling at the start of every season. But, by season’s end, we collectively are reminded that, in fact, hope is indeed a bitch.

There were thugs and there were drugs and there were fast cars. Embarrassing enough, but easy for the cheater cult to overlook. BUT….there was also a GUN. If you dismiss this fact because of the gang’s successful window toss and pretend it never happened because legally it didn’t…..then you are delusional. And at the end of the day, the few half wits at the top of the food chain over there saw this as the biggest hurdle to overcome. And they could not.
I am well and legally armed. So I am not anti-gun. But this episode was about the gun. What if these drug pushing gangbangers had used that gun? That’s what I’d be thinking if it were one of our boys in a similar situation. And I’d want him gone the next day. They had a freakin GUN for God’s sake! Who decides its a good idea to ride around with idiots that feel the need to carry illegally? Exactly why/how do they plan to use that gun? Glad it didn’t come to that….and UNCheat, with all their anti-gun, bed wetting, feel good alumni base are breathing a collective sigh of relief.
I don’t understand TL’s twitter comments, much less why he would post feelings like that. Geez son, talk it out with your coach instead of tossing your whole team and staff under the bus. Posts like that CAN and WILL be used against us, damn it!
On the bright side….tis’ a beautiful morning to read about a super effort from the Pack and resulting victory AND the Smurf’s “we vomit after big wins” loss at home to unranked TX. Really, unless it’s us beating the cheaters, it doesn’t get much better.
