I’ll send my old info 2015 (when I can find it) and the new report after I submit a new soil sample. I’m not farming per se. I’m just competing with large tract neighbors for the wildlife. Thanks.
Right now I’m trying to improve 2 separate one acre fields with cereal rye grass. It is supposed to be hearty, a great hard clay buster, a deep root that pulls nitrogen from down deep to the surface and it generates organic tonnage to plow back into the soil. I planted it in September but it didn’t do very well. I planted it again 2 weeks ago. I need another soil analysis. Iirc, Clemson said I had a ph level of 4. I added lime and fertilizer but had spotty success with brown top millet. I’ve read soybean grows on asphalt but I really think I need major soil improvement first. Anyway, it doesn’t sound like you are working on raw land but any info would be appreciated. I imagine I’ll wind up with a ticket from a game warden for all my planting efforts at the end of the day.
The template to beating State is to get 2 early fouls on Yurt or Dorn and preferably both so they have to sit out large portions of the first half. It happened in the VT, Gt and B.C. games. It’s to the point where you need to take them out of the game for at least 5 minutes if they pick up foul #1 within the first 5 minutes of the game. Whether those first fouls are legit or not, you can’t get into a position where a jack—— ref can call another foul legit or not. Our players can’t seem to comprehend this concept. Yurt constantly tries to keep missed shots alive by going over the back and Dorn tries to rip the ball away after they have picked up foul #1. They act mystified when the whistle blows a second time. It’s frustrating for everyone involved but you have to play smart. Just remember you can break forearms with 4 legit fouls in the second half before you have to worry about fouling out.
State was competitive in every game except for Clemson, ND and Virginia. The remaining losses were winnable in so many ways. This season is not over yet and I find myself already looking at next year. Talk about a clean break, MJ and Yurt are the only Gott starters remaining and many posters think Yurt leaves for the nba draft. KK has 8 more of his guys coming in next year. I expect bb IQ, defense, athleticism, rebounding, ball handling, home field advantage and killer instinct to improve. In other words, a lot less fugly. TM Botb
It reads like State is down by 30. They missed lots of easy shots. I’m looking at you Dorn. Play smarter and a lot meaner.
I was a 17 year old junior in high school when State won the ACCT and the NC. 9-0. My son is 17 and a junior in high school. 10-0. You should always want your kids to do better.
