Assuming that we can beat a 7 seed. It all depends on which NC State team shows up. That’s been this season’s moniker.
Not that I really cared about either teams last night. But I just want to point out that by flying that flag, we doomed the Seahawks to the dismal abyss that is NCStateSh*t.
I agree that we improved as an offense towards the end of the season. And I never said that he wasn’t a good coach. Now, I have doubts about him as an OC calling plays and running the offense in-game. Good defenses simply adjusted during the game and were able to stop us routinely.
Don’t get me wrong, I like to have continuity. I’d prefer Canada to stay another year. But i’m just pointing out that if he did leave for UT, it wouldn’t be the end of the world.
Also, how you judge an OC or any other coaches IS by how they win without talent. Winning with a lot of talented players doesn’t take skills or good coaching. Just ask Les Miles.
I mean, other than the 1st half against CFU and FSU (which is debatable how good they are on def), did we really run a good offense on a good defensive team?
Someone needs to tell this fool that it’s only December. Tournament predictions are worth as much as the oil change coupons you get for losing the Quick Lane Bowl.

I’m glad that Directv had a terrible feed for ESPN2 last night. Otherwise I would have wasted my time watching that garbage.
On a side note, it appeared that no one played defense. Kudos to coach Lowe and his fine staff for putting together a game plan of trying to out score Wisconsin. I guess they figured that UW has never been a offensive juggernaut and we can simply outscore them.
I’m thinking that was probably the wrong approach. Oh well, you can’t fault the guys for trying something different.
