Agreed….ole Swoff send out memo to Teddy we don’t won’t any red with a double bye. KK has really used the bench so far. Hopefully GT will be gassed by 10 min mark of second half. Keep pounding the ball to our bigs. Fugly wins.
Its crunch WEEK for the Wolfpack women as the ACC tournament started today. They get the NC Cheats women tomorrow at 11 am. The lady Cheats had to play today in first round. It was interesting because in post game interview with Carolina players they did a Berry double repeat when ask about playing NC State next. They said, “they think we are their rival, we aren’t. Its not a rivalry game to us with NC State. We just enjoy beating them and that makes its a special game, not rivalry.” I hope Coach Moore plays that segment to the Pack women pregame. Hope they put 100 on them. Go PACK !
The next three games will determine our faith more than any metrics. We cannot lose at GT or even at home to the Ville and be looking in from 4 of the out. Its so tight from 2nd down to 9th that we could fall to being tied for 8th place. 20-11 would probably mean atleast one maybe two wins in ACC tourney to secure a dance card. 20-12 is NIT bound. Amazing how important the last week of play has become. Win out and a double bye is ours. Lose out and the pressure is on in the Bronx.
Not sure who winning or losing tonight will help us. ND win and they could move into the log jam Pack now sets in standings. And a Pack loss could even move ND past us if the committee goes with the sympathy Bonzie vote. And if Bonzie does come back, they could get hot again. A win by Canes keeps them ahead with us losing to them. A lot of games to come that will affect Pack. Just win baby, just win….
Anyone watching the Kansas WVU game? Ole Teddy Bear Hutchins got a big introduction to Jamie Luckie. He’s bad and influences games beyond the ACC. Luckie just T’d Hutchins up and kicked him out. Bet ole Lucky don’t ref in WVU anytime soon. Terrible ref….his name is met with more venom than that of Karl Hess.

Why can’t this team stop the penetration drive for an easy basket? Game after game we allow a layup clinic.
At 9 losses, we are still standing in the Stag line for the Dance. I just don’t see us going with more than 10 losses. The win over Clemson by FSU didn’t help us in the log jam for maybe one available invitation to dance. Just win baby.

We can’t win for beating ourselves. That’s just stupid stupid play on the break out pass. Hold the ball, set up instead another TO. Could have been a big Moe turn around.
If the fouls and turnover don’t take us out….you can call him Al to take us out. Never seen a player at this level be such a ball hog. Its so obvious…just like the last play of the half, Call Him AL had the ball and everyone knew he was not gonna give it up.
Damn, player pushes flagrantly Johnson down then pushes him again and Johnson gets TF? We won’t win tonite unless our bench warmers get hot. The ghost of KH will always seem to arise when we play.
Not gonna win any game when an opposing player in last two games goes for over 30 pts on you. Mayes 27 in second half was unexcusable. Carolina shooting over 75% another dagger. Still had a chance with 3 minutes go. Can’t help wonder what was up with Abu getting more playing time than Yurt. No reports of him sick or hurt. On to the Orange, a lot of work to do it get a dance card now.
I really like Keats but his neglect to get batts in the game to slow down Robinson and his blind eye to Al Freeman absolutely killing us by playing 1 on 5 and staying in the game is mind blowing to say the least
