Too early to be second guessing bets !! If Abu stays aggressive and out of foul trouble, we beat Dook. Go Pack !

We all may need some of that “shine” Mista by halftime. I just don’t see Pack getting past Dook. As much as I hate see Pack loose, I hate to see the Cheats breeze into the finals. And if we beat Dook and then perhaps ND, then just too much to ask to see a tired short bench team like the Pack beat da Cheats. It will take some Devine Intervention either way.

Manning is no more on the hotseat as Gott. Wake is extremely young, has basically everyone back. Crawford was almost freshman of year and the two other starting freshman are good. Along with a decent recruiting class. Look for Wake to be the Vatech of ACC next year.

Would be shocked if Cat returns. Thinking its more providing for his family than team issues that will factor more. If history tells him anything, he should listen to people in the know who truly have his best interest in mind instead of greedy agents. I tried to see what kind of money potentially Cat could garnish if he ended up as Lacey in Europe, could not find it. Used Lacey as my reference, anyone know what kind of money he is making in Italy?

One interested thing I did find is that Lacey list on his Italy team profile as an former Alabama player. No mention of NC State.

Whiteshoes, not sure what you need expertise in CPA but recommend Keith Joyce and Company, CPA in Apex. He studied accounting at State and was awarded the Katherine Guthrie award for the highest overall CPA score in North Carolina

So now some are to the point of despair they have to bash Gotts character? Reaching new lows on this site. Theres a difference in character and personality. Most teams reflect a coaches personality rather than character. Come on people, lets not become that lunatic fringe so many accuse us of.

Henderson on the court would and could have helped this team. I know life is not always fair but cant understand why the NCAA would strip Henderson of a full year of eligibility having played only 7 mins of first game of season. Not sure its true but heard from a Dookie friend that Dook was seeking a medical redshirt for Jefferson. Jefferson played 10 games while Henderson played less than 10 minutes.
The system is flawed and should lean in the favor of the young athlete not a by the book rule.

    ^Amen Troll !!

Some here compared Rogers and Brady to Cam with their “hot dogging”. Theres a difference in celebrating a big play and celebrating one-self. If you gonna talk the talk you better not walk the walk away when ask post game questions. Which by the way were not HARD questions.

I too was glad to see Kirk play, should have been seen more long time ago. Did anymore hear Vitales dribble about how Cat would not be drafted or perhaps just a late 2nd round NBA pick? He suggested Cat stay in school another year. I can’t imagine Cat’s stock being any higher by staying. Vitale also said Brice Johnson was a better player than Cat who deserved ACC POY. Course we all know how much Dickie loves BLUE.

Cam Newton has the talent and success that deserved NFL POY. Having said that, just wish he’d let his play speak for itself and leave all the on the field antics with the super man and dabbing crap. Specially hate Newtons showboating every time they make a first down. Scoring I can understand to a certain degree but the rest, act like you been there before. Theres no place for it only cept to bring attention to himself. Its a team sport. Its our home state team but after Newton threw out the race card, find it hard to truly support him. Mike Shula suggested Cam give kids football after a score just to help his image, was not Cams idea.

Would love see Jericho Cotchery go out with a championship. Manning deserves to go out a champion too. A lot of stories to be written with this game.

IDK, didn’t really think the refs were that much one sided, well, enuff for Gott to call them out. It could be a good thing or as some say, a bad omen for the Dook game ahead. If we see some initials or scribbled messages on the refs shoes Saturday then we are screwed !
I had to listen to the game Saturday on the radio. Gary Hahn made an interesting comment late into the second half. Said there was only 11 fouls 1st half but already twice as many at 21 called in 2nd, all by Jamie Lucky. He made the comment guess the other two refs were content to let Lucky do his thing while they go on vacation. The other guy, guessing it was Johnny said typical pattern.
