Just thinking about the cost explosion over 2.5 decades. My four years out of state at N.C. State ran about 20 grand total. Now in-state it’s $30K a year. Wow.

I think the original CJ Leslie comparison, if you go back and read it, was that TJ was NOT like CJ. TJ did an occasional force against a double or triple team, but it wasn’t frequent, constant and predictable like CJ.

So BSW < WSW when it comes to 3-point shooting – by far. But recently, and especially last night, he was able to do something that would have made WSW an all-conference scorer: take a dribble or two and hit that pull-up jump shot – something that Buckets does quite well. Very nice.

So am I the only one who really wants to see the O run more through the Vandwagon? He’s the second best passer on the team, and when it goes inside he is very happy to look for a cutter or to pass it back out. He’s not bad with that little hook shot, either.

I know I’m in the minority here, but I actually don’t want Maryland to go. Of course, I’ve never been a visiting fan at any of their arenas, either. It’s just the nostalgia of the greatest game ever (74 ACCT final). And Lefty and Len Bias.

Maybe it’s just the logistical practical side of me, but I’d switch out Virginia and Miami. Yes, it would break up the “old ACC,” but I’m thinking Miami would hate to have to travel that far North all the time for away games in the “old Big East” with most of the “old ACC” being within driving distance of each other.
