Lots of talk about a big rift continuing to grow between the players at UNC and Fedora/coaches. This article doesn’t do anything to dispell those rumors.
Tim Scott, the senior safety at North Carolina, told the story with a tone of disappointment, as if he couldn’t believe he and his teammates had found out this way.
It was on Twitter, Scott said, that he and some of his teammates learned that Vic Koenning, the assistant coach most responsible for defense, was on his way out.
βAnd that was right before we had practice so we were just all in shock that we found out that way,β Scott said.
Love the Burns picture!
also heard Fedora never mentioned Koenings firing during his in home with Mike Hughes… π
guess this kind of communication didn’t mean anything to Mike Hughes
Same thing going on at UGA with Bobo’s hiring at Colorado State.
