I don’t relish the idea of playing Maryland again – I’d have been fine sending them to the B1G after beating them sans Warren – we’ve had some awful performances against them the past 20 years or so.
But, bring it on. Let’s send them to the B1G in proper style … no more ACC victories for u (and let’s please not see them in the NIT – no more Maryland!). I also don’t mind seeing Virginia again should we make it past ‘that team’. Cocky elitist snob Virginia fan has gone out of his/her way to let everyone know how much they shut down Warren earlier this season. It would be a great joy to see Warren rip them and knock cocky Virginia fan down a peg or two (reminiscent of them as a 2 seed losing to us in the ACCT in 2007). 99% sure it wouldn’t be a repeat of the abomination in Raleigh, and if they actually whistle UVa for some of their football tackle defense then we could stand a really good shot 🙂
Anyway, let’s beat BC and prepare for 4 in 4. Snicker if you want, but I won’t let the dream die until we are buried with 0:00 left on the clock haha 🙂
ACCT game threads are particularly fun, so I will hope for multiples. As ladyfolk will attest…that hope usually ends in disappointment.

Cuse beats FSU – Cuse is 2, Pack is 7.
FSU beats Cuse – ??? is 2/3/4, but Pack is definitely 8.
Or scratch that – we now can’t play a Friday Blue NO MATTER WHAT, because a loss to BC locks us into 8/9 matchup with Maryland, with their game against UVA mattering only for home team unis.
In summary, State can now face ONLY Virginia or Syracuse in a hypothetical ACCT Friday matchup.
