So… State’s in the NCAA tourney, right?
^Believe it or not, Gminski and other media types were talking about how State faced a ‘must win’ and how State would be right back on the bubble with a loss. A loss would have caused mild discomfort, but there was no way State wasn’t making it. Now at least we don’t have to hear that tripe BS the rest of the weekend.

Wow, they are/were seriously uninformed. You don’t go from a projected 9 to bubble in one loss to a good team.
I think it was BJD who wanted the Pitt matchup for that reason.

Absolutely, the idea of playing FSU (their mudder style of play and their 125ish RPI) scared the piss out of me. That certainly made me fear the prospect of the play-in round, at least as a possibility.
Pitt was a very, very safe matchup.

And man, was KH ever having fun out there in the second half. That man enjoys the spotlight of tourney basketball.
Man, Turner stunk it up that game. When he is off, I mean he is off. Seems like ever since Cat 2.0 started, Turner has been a no show a majority of the time. Good win, very proud of Cat. Once again, just imagine where we would be standing if Barber started the year like this. On to tomorrow, don’t have a good feeling about it. Its damn hard to beat Duke twice.

Very interesting. The record would show me as one of RT’s biggest critics. But tonight I found myself thinking of him as a clear Senior leader… Regardless of his scoring.
