Anyone else noticing how slow his wind-up/release seem in these clips? Could be a little bit of a problem against taller, quicker competition. I am amazed at how fast these NBA guys get it off. I mean you can’t give Ray Allen an inch.
Projections are 17th to Boston. The Hornets will show some interest at 9th (they were really impressed with him at the workout). Draft is Thursday night.
Warren has worked himself up the draft board:
Warren, the ACC Player of the Year for the Wolfpack this past season, has steadily worked his way up the NBA draft board – to the point that he will be in the Green Room in New York on Thursday night for the draft.
Warren, a projected top 20 pick, has been impressive in workouts, Wolfpack coach Mark Gottfried said, by showing NBA teams he’s more than just a scorer.
Warren, projected by DraftXpress to go No. 15 to the Atlanta Hawks and 17th to the Boston Celtics by NBADraft.net, would be the first N.C. State player taken in the first round since J.J. Hickson in 2008 and only the fourth in the past 20 years.
PLEASE HORNETS OR BOSTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He goes No. 14 to Phoenix. Lottery!!!
Good for Buckets. Assuming PHX is a good destination.
The Hornets are still remarkably stupid.
TJ just asked Jeff G..dman if likes apples.
Ennis joins TJ out in Phoenix.
It is the West, which is brutal. You have to be very good just to make the playoffs. But they like to score there. Seems like a good spot for him.
