Looking better tonight early! Likely a bit weaker competition though
Looks like the walking dead in here tonight.
Nice to see Frenchy starting and getting a basket. He looks different, probably put some weight on while recovering. We need him inside for sure.
He does look out of shape.
Rowan shoots by feel… when he feels the ball he shoots.
Ha another SW trait.
How in the world will Duke have a team on the court after a half with this new touch foul on the ball??
2 point game after the ghost travel call… awwwwwww snap
Looks like any contact is a foul.
I think we’re going to need Rowan firing it up. Points got to come from somewhere.
I can assure you these rules will not apply to Duke. We all already know that though. They WILL apply to us however.
Cat’s 1st drive to the hole on the year! More of that.
For a team that relies on being more efficient on offense to win, its looks like it’s going to be a loooooong year.
Mav!!!
OK…
I’m looking for three guys…
I ain’t seen yet…
Wonder if the Sun Belt has any openings this year? I got a feeling we could have some real barn burners.
Crap call on Cat. They called the forearm extension offensive on Cat in first half and defensive on Cat in the second half.
The beard is agreeing with Caleb.
Abu!
Caleb stepping up. We need a leader besides Cat. Maybe he’s the man.
It only took 28 minutes but it looks like the Pack finally showed up to play as a cohesive unit on the court.
My rule change would be a technical for all that noise and carrying on after a dunk. I hate that.
I’ve missed most of tonight’s game. By score alone, I’d surmise that we were stuck in a low gear most of the night. We seem to be pulling away now tho.
I doubt USA is very good, but have seen some encouraging signs. Cat driving more, Caleb turning into a scorer, Anya playing defense and getting some points inside with Abu, Frenchy working into playing shape. We can only hope they will learn how to play without Henderson, and then when he comes back we will be able to shift into another gear.
I’ve got it dvr’d, but suspect I won’t be going back and reviewing.
I thought freeman was overweight from the full court angle but up close he’s not, he does look like he’s moving in slow motion though.
State played as a cohesive unit for about 5 minutes from 28-33 minutes into the game. Outside of that they looked very disorganized and still built a double digit lead. USA just isn’t good at all.
