According to reports today, Penn State’s post-season ban (both bowl and B1G title game) has been lifted, effective immediately. Just as importantly (for them), their scholly limitations are lifted effective next season.
They’re still -10 off the yearly 85 limit this season, and would have still been -5 next season.
