What did we do to deserve the ACC Network? I know we’re bad and all, but really?
As for the game, ouch. We seem to be getting worse and worse.
Nothing fluky about our slender lead. Fair reflection of overall play.
Great to see everyone contributing with points. We should never expect to be a one-two punch team with Warren and someone else. Everyone nickel and dime the points til we have a nice pot. Stills comes down to great defense though if we are going to see a winning product.
.. but Mr. Cat still feels the need to go ONE on FIVE…
with no luck.
So hand checking is still legal?
Boy do they have some ugly f-ckers on that team.
I think that CAT is getting a lesson as to how the ACC play might be.
That is twice he said…”what dat?”
Wait, they actually called an illegal screen? That’s right it was against State.
Mr. Cat — head down in the middle of lane — with four defenders on him…
gets bailed out by the rebound tip of bounds off the Irish…
SMH
Nice Tie… Coach GOTT… did your wife pick that one out?
Forget 3 seconds, Cat was in the lane at least 6.
Cat!!!!!!
Cat, better to be lucky than good.
Wow! One went for us!!!
Maybe Cat should shoot from that spot more often.
Woohoo! Maybe that will give Cat a little mental boost.
FINALLY ONE OF THOSE GOES OUR WAY
SACRED FECES…..Give CAT free airline tickets….
^MAYBE NOT !!!
Woo hop
Not playing well but up at the half and no big leads
Too bad Doug Gottlieb is not doing this game.
Let’s not pick on Barber too much – he brings a ton of positives to the team. But the criticisms are fair. He’ll get better at offensive flow, hopefully.
That said, I thought Gminski had it dead wrong – he said the offense stagnated w/out Barber in the game. I thought our best ball movement came when Lewis was in.
State bench out scored the Irish 15-0. With some more of that and Buckets taking the lid off could do the trick. I was so far off thinking it would be a real low scoring affair. Not sure either team should be considered defensive stalwarts.
Jesus, is that Pee Wee Herman sitting next to Giminski! Nice 50’s lid, Beav.
I agree Lewis moved the offense more–it actually went toward the basket. When Cat was in, it seemed like too much side to side movement. You have to attack the basket if you plan on scoring.
