Ordinarily I attempt to construct a game thread entry with a brief and fairly objective look at State’s upcoming opponent … A simple frame of refere

TO SEEM RATHER THAN TO BE
Go pack! Beat whatever!
01/14/2015 at 1:49 PM #69463lawfulParticipantI, for one, can appreciate a great Unforgiven quote. You mean like letters and such?
01/14/2015 at 2:01 PM #69464Whiteshoes67ParticipantMy newborn will get his first dose of this rivalry. If his mother has him dressed in baby blue tonight, I’ll be making a trip to the GoPack store. He’s brought good luck so far. Wore his Pack hat for the football beatdown.
01/14/2015 at 2:07 PM #69465TexpackParticipantA fraudulent program will arrive in PNC tonight to provide the opposition. Everything they are was built on lies and cheating. Hopefully the league office will continue to use tendencies for years to come and keep them on some form of double secret probation for the next 20 years.
Prediction
Pack 74 Cheats 7201/14/2015 at 2:53 PM #69470ncsu_kappaParticipantWe need NCAA will let us recruit and play a guy by the name of Mitch Gilliam. He will give the tar holes the treatment they deserve. Check out his highlight reel
01/14/2015 at 4:36 PM #69477WufpackerParticipant01/14/2015 at 4:40 PM #69478BJD95KeymasterI hope we murder them. Even if we murder them more murdery than in my murderiest dreams, it won’t be murdery enough. Cheating assholes.
01/14/2015 at 4:41 PM #69479pakfanistanParticipant01/14/2015 at 5:18 PM #69483bill.onthebeachParticipantIt’s a hour and forty five minutes until tipoff…
Back in the day the ghosts on the South Smoking Porch would have already had the upper quarter of Reynolds blue-gray…
We would have ALL already been in our seats courtside around the lower level and in the endzones… yelling and stomping…
and waving the back page of the Daily Tar Hell…The part time party time pep band would have been blaring the Red & White…
and the noise meter would be climbing…… some kids today GOTT a lot to learn…
Calling all the GHOSTS…
Calling all the GHOSTS…
Calling all the GHOSTS…… Descend from your high places…
It’s time to play Carolina …#NCSU-North Carolina's #1 FOOTBALL school!01/14/2015 at 5:41 PM #69486highstickParticipantI’m going to DVR, but cannot watch lest I jynx the hell out of them…I think I’ll follow along with you guys on a thread so I can cuss to you instead of my wife and the TV. 01/14/2015 at 5:46 PM #69489coyotejoeParticipantI have a couple of images from an article in The News and Observer from 1940 that I would love to share with everyone. The article pertains to NC State celebrating 50 years as a university, and how it was perceived in its beginning from those of the powder blue persuasion. Can anyone give me a tip on the best way to post these images?
01/14/2015 at 5:52 PM #69490TexpackParticipantJamie Luckie, Brian Dorsey, and Tim Nestor
01/14/2015 at 6:00 PM #69492highstickParticipantWould love to see those images…Glad I wasn’t around at that time, but did they use the term “university”. We were still a “college” until early 60’s…I think we still were in 63 when I started. My father in law always said “State College” until he died because it was ingrained in his brain…
Coyote, I think you have to put them on a “website”, then link. I haven’t done that in so long that I’ve forgotten.

01/14/2015 at 6:15 PM #69497bill.onthebeachParticipant^Joe…
easiest way is to use links…
if you have links just click on the “img” button in the editor and put the link in the pop up box…if you don’t have links… then upload the images from your desktop somewhere and use those…
once you got that in your comments… you can control the width by putting
width=”400″
and / or
height=”400″
at the end of the code string… just before the ” />”….
just make sure you leave one blank space before the ” />”widths are good up to about 700…

01/14/2015 at 6:31 PM #69501AdventurooParticipantWow….
Are we Luckie? One of the cars in the “Officials” parking spots has KH4EVRR! license plate. Gonna be interesting01/14/2015 at 6:39 PM #69503coyotejoeParticipantBOTB, I uploaded them to Facebook, and then used “img”; I submitted, and the images would not display, only icons that would link you back to the photos on Facebook. Sigh…I really want you all to see this.
01/14/2015 at 6:47 PM #69505bill.onthebeachParticipant…joe /// that’s some FB BS…

#NCSU-North Carolina's #1 FOOTBALL school!01/14/2015 at 6:51 PM #69507wufpup76KeymasterHi Joe – hopefully Bill will be able to help you out. I took a look at your image sources, but like Bill said – Facebook kills the images.
You can upload your images to an image sharing service, such as photobucket or imgur and then repeat the process that Bill outlined above. Hope that is helpful 🙂
01/14/2015 at 6:53 PM #69508wufpup76KeymasterLuckie and Dorsey??
I just died a little.
01/14/2015 at 6:57 PM #69509bill.onthebeachParticipantTwo buses from Reynolds just pulled up to the side door of the PNC….
