If you aren’t that familiar with Johnny Frasier then maybe you should be. He is currently committed to Florida State, but some people wonder if that might change soon.
Princeton advanced to the second round of the 1AA playoffs Friday by running past Northampton in a 70-48 shootout.
Princeton scored first on a Johnny Frasier 42-yard run, but that was far from the end on it. Princeton added to an already 6-0 lead later in the first quarter on a 8-yard Michael Wooten keeper and the Bulldogs advantage grew to 12-0.
Later in the first quarter, Princeton’s special teams got involved on a blocked punt that was recovered by Robert Edwards who reversed field for a score.
Frasier added his second score of the night on a 64-yard run on a direct snap and they led 26-0 at the time. Northampton found their offense after that, but the hole was already too deep.
No. 4 Princeton will play the winner of Camden County and Union in the second round of the 1AA state playoffs.
