Tagged: P Factor
… yeah … I know most of you are old enough to agree with me on that…
’cause most of what we’re being sold as Football is really Basketball in Pads on Grass where the last team who scores wins…
So here’s the BOTB Metric #1 to be used going forward by all real football fans… forget W & Ls…
to measure “game” quality and team rankings…
We’ll call this metric the “P” Factor…
and you can easily take that in a couple of ways if you want to without controversy…
It’s the ratio of Punts…
Punts by your opponents divided by your Punts …
The Closer the P-Factor is to One — the “better” the game…
The Higher your teams P-Factor is — the “better” your team…
In a couple of years… the College Football Playoffs could be the Four or Eight Teams in the country with the highest P-Factors for the season…
Think about it…
Happy New Year Guys…

How many times did msu punt?
Good stuff though botb – watching both Clemson and bama it was interesting the similar arc of both games. Slow starts by the winner, but all the while the winner basically being sure to take care of the ball.
There’s a lot of P factor going around here.
I need to go relieve my P factor before today’s games start.
MC P Factor…OUT.
^ MSU = 9 punts
Bama – 6 punts
Sooners – 6 punts
Clempsum – 3 punts
Wufpacker…
Flomax or Mydol ?
Ah…The P factor. The test that sends boys back home for postseason.
Then there’s the C factor.
C=Curfew. Another ticket home.
Is that PC to say?
Wufpacker…
Flomax or Mydol ?
Relax bill, wasn’t trying to make fun of you.
^ && I know that…
Happy New Year Wufpacker (s) !
2016 is gonna to be good one for everybody….
I don’t know what it is, but it doesn’t appear to be the game that Andy Griffith was watching anymore.
If the refs would call holding, the game would change again.
