uNX is classless, a description that is both literal and figurative.
Aaaaaand it appears they’re being investigated for Pell grant fraud.
…the College Scholarship Fraud Prevention Act of 2000…legislates a maximum of 5 years in prison or fines of up to $20,000 for perpetrators of Pell Grant fraud. To increase the certainty and severity of punishment—two fundamental deterrence principals—this law often is used in conjunction with other federal statutes. Most financial aid fraud uses the U.S. Postal Service, and federal law—Mail Fraud, Title 18, Section 63, U.S. Code—carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison or fines of up to $250,000.
Pants….getting…..tight.

Good. IMO, the Pell Grant fraud is pretty clear from the e-mail correspondence alone.
PackPride deserves a ton of credit for all of this.
Hopefully the Pell Grant fraud involves the USPS and not just emails.
