I missed that and saw his obit in the Charlotte paper today. One of Wilder’s older mates, right? Seems like you told me that he graduated before you “arrove”.

Wilder was a year after, and I was 2 years late.

I knew he and Mike Caldwell were teammates. They wore the “white hats with the red S”…I know that carried over from the Vic Sorrel era.
