Despite some misguided criticism about his play the past two seasons, I’ve always thought he was TOO UNSELFISH.Now he’s the Cat’s meow. Could tell early on in his career he was the type of PG that was a scorer, and needed to get into rhythm by putting it up. His 3pt field goal attempts prior to this season were never enough to really assess how capable he was. And his number prior to this year weren’t terrible.

And I actually think he has improved during this season, starting to do better at balancing when he needs to take over and when he needs to get the rest of the team involved.
02/01/2016 at 6:14 PM #98588mak4dpakParticipantHope he keeps up the good work vs. FSU, and chalks up another ACC win for the team, with the team doing their supporting rolls, tonight.

Yeah I know I am going to come across as an inconsiderate a hole here. But nobody in general cares about collegiate wrestling and most certainly not womens bball. Its just a fact, most of our alums dont give a rats rear end. That certainly could change if we ever won something in bball or football but now I think most of the focus is in the revenue sports. Tough to beat your chest on these overlooked sports when the big boys are in a funk. Right or wrong thats just how it is
02/01/2016 at 7:45 PM #98593TheCOWDOGModeratorNot to be smarmy, but Sacco V has carried the water for the wrestling side with aplomb, and verve.
Roo sits in very important places for WBB. It’s all there…Jelly Beans and Cotton Candy.
02/01/2016 at 7:48 PM #98594TheCOWDOGModerator^ Yes. You do come across as a complete assh#le.
Pretty much from day one.
02/01/2016 at 8:10 PM #98595redisgoodParticipantNBA scouts at tonight’s game. I hope Cat has another great game. It’s going to be tough though. 40 minutes Saturday, travel Sunday, play tonight. We’ll see soon enough.
02/01/2016 at 8:49 PM #98599choppack1ParticipantIt has been fun to watch cat’s development…he is now fundamentally sound offensively. He also appears to have matured a great deal. I think gott loves him like a son and he has responded well to that.
The staff and cat deserve lots of credit.
02/01/2016 at 11:34 PM #98722freshmanin83ParticipantWhat a privilege too watch Cat play.
02/02/2016 at 3:06 AM #98725tjfoose1ParticipantYeah I know I am going to come across as an inconsiderate a hole here.
But you get an A+ for consistency.

You seem like an angry lil fella
02/02/2016 at 4:55 PM #98754tmb81ParticipantCat was left off the just released midseason Bob Cousy list of top 10 point guards. He is following a similar trajectory of TJ Warren in lack of national recognition. TJ was left off “Wooden Award watch lists” in 2013.

Mr. Dog, tell us what you really think. 😉

Are we playing Jeopardy?
hmmm… Things you’re wife might say?
02/03/2016 at 12:36 AM #98779tjfoose1Participant… or even YOUR wife

You’re very accomplished at expressing what you perceive to be are the shortcomings of this here blog. You bitched up one side and down the other for a Miami post game thread, pointing out what you PERCEIVED to be a slight to NCSU in general in the GT thread. You bitched your vagina until it was sore on that GT thread, because there was no Miami Victory thread put up when you, YOUR HIGHNESS, thought it should be. You didn’t bother to notice the GT thread wasn’t put up until the NEXT MORNING after the GT game.
So…the next day, when the Miami thread that you bitched for so hard was put up…DID YOU BOTHER TO POST ON IT????
There are threads on the forums about both the women’s Bball and the wrestling. Are you so illiterate that you cannot click the forums link and see what is there to peruse? Or is it a case that you’d just rather have something to bitch about?????? Don’t bother to answer….it’s rhetorical. We all already know the answer.

In your little world I’m probably about to come across as an angry li’l fella. Fair warning.
FWIW….if you know you’re about to come across as an inconsiderate a hole, maybe think twice next time before hitting submit if you don’t wanna get called out on your inconsiderate a hole-ishness. Is that really such a difficult concept?
And you are wrong. Plenty of people care about the non-revenues.
02/03/2016 at 4:03 AM #98782tractor57ParticipantSome of our alums don’t care about sports at all. The evidence is here that while football and men’s basketball are the big interests other sports are also of interest and thanks to people here with a special interest in a particular sport they are also covered.
There are times I disagree with an opinion but I never think there is a lack of interest. It is that interest that creates those varied opinions. -
