FSU won their lone matchup against the Twerps. If we lose, it’s #7 FSU, #8 MD, #9 Pack. Plus, 8 and 9 play each other. 7 gets the 10/15 winner, which will be Miami because VPI really, really sucks.
7/8/9 are the only seeds yet to be determined, I believe. Unless there are funky tiebreak scenarios among the three schmucks at 11/12/13 (all 6-12).
FSU and MD split this year, with both teams winning at home. Looking at the tiebreaker rules, MD just beat #1 UVA so they would get the 7 seed.
FSU/MD played twice this year and split, thus by virtue of their win today (record against highest seeded team I believe is the next tiebreak) I believe that UMd would indeed take #7 if we lose today.
Leave it to the Twerps to muck things up one more time before they make their exit.
Crap, my bad. I only saw one matchup when I browsed MD’s schedule. Let’s hope it’s highly theoretical, anyway. No excuse to lose to this BC team.

Should we win this evening, I do not relish the thought of facing Miami again – even though I doubt we’d see a replay of what happened at the PNC a week or so ago.
It’s a longshot that VT goes 3-3 against Miami, but VT did in fact beat Miami twice for their only two ACC wins. So, there could be hope yet … VT’s zone is aggravating, but I don’t think they have the firepower to keep up with us should that matchup come to fruition.
A loss tonight and facing FSU doesn’t sound much better. That would probably be a toss up at best. Oh well, let’s just control what we can control and win the games put forth to us 🙂
I am thankful that the chances of facing Maryland again are slim at best. Even though I would love sending them to the B1G with another L, recent history suggests that N.C. State sh*t would take full root in a contest against Maryland.
