We just had to have this on the blog in its own entry for one day in the future!!!

I shudder to think what this team would be sans Mssr Lacey.

Be gone this wretched thought!
I get a kick out of watching Kyle W. every time. He’s so animated and positive. Shot selection, though, Mr. Washington!
RE: Threat title – Why yes, yes he does!
Communism is not love. Communism is a hammer which we use to crush the enemy. Mao Zedong
Trevor does deserve his own entry but I also believe that if he was not around, someone else would step up simply because they needed to. Who would have thought that the year before TJ Warren won ACC Player of the Year that he had that potential? He recognized the need to be the leader because all the other potential leaders either headed for the NBA or decided to transfer.
Now, KW… he is a different story. I just don’t understand why he looks like he was tased just after grabbing a rebound (everytime!). He might hold on to more of those rebounds if he would just settle down a little. Still like his attitude though….
Lacey’s been better than advertised.
Before canonization, I wish to point out that Lacey has been prone to the untimely, quick in the shot clock, hoist, too. In otherwords…bad shot.

^Really irked me on Saturday, but I’d say he made up for it 🙂
Yes he does…
But this ain’t Alabama, bubba…
You can’t Win in the Dome or in Cameron, until you’ve played in the Dome and in Cameron…
If you like Trevor Lacey now… next year should be double as good…
True, but of late – instead of jacking a three – he’s also made some fine passes for easy baskets underneath. The crazy thing is, doing that actually helps the entire team since the D has to respect the pass, which results in more open chances, and his teammates stay involved. Who knew?
Is it just me, or does it seem like he only takes ill-advised shots when we’re in a 3 or 4 minute scoring drought? Maybe that’s when it’s more noticeable.
Need a helluvalot more from Ply’s take.
Once the Twins demonstrate that they can curb their enthusiasm…
We will see fewer horseshqt shots from Lacey.
…and Turner.
