State lost.
Out-coached and outplayed, State deserved to lose today in Chapel Hill. Carolina ended the game on a 24-8 run after Gottfried refused to substitute for tired legs down the stretch and State’s execution turned erratic. If you care, here’s the box score (ESPN) and the SFN Forums.
