The truth is, it’s a perfect time for the Paladins from Furman to pony into C-F. What with FSU on the immediate horizon, and the wayward RT Will Richardson returning…ya couldn’t ask for a better game to gather at the corral and consolidate some stuff.
Oh yeah, the Valdez kid who staunched the bleeding at CB, v. Marshall has an ACL. Bummer. However, Alston needs to get back in the saddle, anyway.
Aaand…there is some unsubstantiated scuttlebutt, that Stevens could get some reps.
Personally, I look at this game as a final prep, with FSU on the brain. I can afford to do that, considering it’s been 40+ years since there was gear hanging in a cubicle. Not so for others.
Paladin is on the edge of town. Des Kitchings is ridin’, too.
