Oh Crap.

Sorry Dudes.  Lots going on lately.  Yesterday, I knew this game was today.  Today, however….I blanked.

Sorry.

So this is gonna be short and sweet.  Well, short at least….

Last time out the young Pack (11-3, 0-1 ACC) got spanked pretty good in South Beach.

Tonight, they return home to face a VT squad (12-1, 1-0 ACC) which upset Duke last time out.

Also, they’re ranked #21 this week.

Also…..Buzz Williams still doesn’t have a neck.

    Literally every stat underscores the blowout in progress

    72% shooting to 37%
    20-7 rebounds
    3-1 offensive rebounds
    4-0 blocks

    The only stat where VT is ahead is that they have 7 TO’s to State’s 4. 🙂

    Holy cow.

    That was awesome!

    Now, don’t call the wolves off.

    Keep in mind, I have only seen 3 players playing their “smartest” – Mav, BJ and Yurtseven. DJ offensively has been hot and cold – however, very impressed with his D.

    Abu has been great on the boards. Henderson has been extremely effective, bit has has had a couple of lapses defensively and has taken some bad shots. Dorn is in a bit of a funk. It’s great we can do this without him on his A game.

    Behind that outrageous 1st half shooting percentage…
    I’m looking at spacing, passing, rhythm and decision making….
    and 32 points in the paint by the PACK… that’s 58% for you stat guys..

    AND
    Rebounds
    PACK 21
    Hokies 10

    Fouls
    PACK 4 —- that’s right FOUR !!!
    Hokies 7

    We need to see a lot more of this!!!

    Expect some regression to the mean on the FG%. I like the way we are rebounding. It’s not just size. We are getting position
