Bare-Bones Pack/Ville Yum! Center Game Thread

Comrade 76 and Lenin Cat are out serving the proletariat, so it’s up to me to pseudo-preview today’s beating. The Cards are somewhat challenged offensively, at least based on what I saw last weekend in Hooville (a game that also lacked the injured Justin Anderson, for the most part). So it surprised me to see that Colonel Sanders’ men are favored by 11.5 today. The Vegas scrilla must really suspect we are on the verge of giving up. I suppose we shall see.

Don’t fall for it. Own yourself.

    Sage words.

Their bench hasn’t scored in like 5 games and an 18% 3-point shooter nails a 3. The very definition of NCStateShit.

Better call it too early than call it too late. We still have three of the fuckers left.

He was WIDE open. Good timeout, I hate when Gott waits to call TO. Now is the perfect time before Louisville really gets going and he’s gotta be upset about that last defensive breakdown.

I called that very sequence of events before the UVA tipoff.

That was too early. UVA wasn’t the ‘last chance’ game. They still had this game. It’s all about maximizing the elasticity of the rollercoastering jerking of emotions. But only if you let them.

Yea I really wish our guys had higher bball IQs. When you’ve got numbers, by all means, go crazy.

Foose – specifically, I said “the most NC State thing to do would be to lose to UVA, beat Louisville on the road, then lose at home to VPI.”

Almost 2/3 of the way into the barn with that horse.

I really hope we’re not looking back later and crying about being up 7 w/ the ball and they get a steal/score. That stung.

Cat hasn’t had a rest this half. Hope we can hold up through this minute or two rest.
