Last week Bryan Underwood deserved his own entry (click here). This week, is there any doubt?
Jacoby Brissett ended his first season as NC State’s starting quarterback completing 60% of his passes for 2,344 yards, 22 touchdowns and only 5 interceptions. He also averaged 4.5 yards per carry racking up another 3 touchdowns on 498 yards rushing. Odds are high that after the bowl game Brissett will have at least 2,500 yards passing, 500 yards rushing and total touchdown responsibility of more than 25 TDs. It would be interesting to know how those balanced statistics stack up against historical performances.
[2:55pm Update] Well…a couple of hours after I wrote the ^above comments we got the following from @PackFootball
Great Monday stat: @JBrissett12 1 of just 3 QBs w/ 2,000 passing yds, 300 rushing yds, 20 pass TDs, and no more than 5 INTs this season.

Joining @JBrissett12 in that elite group: Mariota (Oregon), Hundley (UCLA). In last 5 yrs, only 8 P5 conference QBs have those numbers.
