    Side note, my other team in red and white (and black), the Cards, can win the NL Central with a win tonight. Pirates lose on a walkoff grand slam in the 10th.

    On another note, my band played at Jack’s on the waterfront in Morehead City NC last night. Shane Carden, ECU’s quarterback was there with a few of his teammates, and he was having a large time. They were still celebrating the thrashing of the Holes. Shane got on stage with us for a moment, and later he was walking towards me and I reached out to shake his hand…had to catch him! I can now say that I have had ECU’s quarterback “In the grasp”! Ha Ha!
