Pack/Holes 2013 Game Thread

The time is near, and my insides are already bubbling with rage. Obviously, I will be in no shape to LiveBlog, but will be glad to see everyone in the comments.

Dear God, don’t let us lose this one. Would be extra nice for it to be a blowout. Please.

BJD, you did make me lol with the Gillen joke

Chapel Hole timeout coordinator, Pete Gillen. Use all available timeouts in the first half.

    Jesus O-line!

  3. BJD95 11/02/2013 at 2:05 PM #

It’s now a “Shocking Spanish Video.”

Woeful offense! Mitchell is not comfortable. The abilities are so limited.

It’s probably the beer talking here, but in all honesty I feel like I would be a better OC than Matt Canada.

I mean, I’ve got years of Madden experience.

Just like Jesus no help with curveball, Jesus no help with our pass blocking.

I know DD wants to run but damn we gotta try to score.

Thanks to the timeout wasting, we can take a knee after this punt.

  9. inhoc... 11/02/2013 at 2:08 PM #

    DO NOT lay down here

  10. inhoc... 11/02/2013 at 2:09 PM #

    Yup…pussies

Last 10 minutes has been exciting FB. UNC can’t score and we can’t get by the 10 yard line.

  12. packplantpath 11/02/2013 at 2:09 PM #

    How was that not grounding?

  13. Wufpacker 11/02/2013 at 2:09 PM #

I’m not nearly drunk enough to watch this.

  14. packplantpath 11/02/2013 at 2:09 PM #

At least halftime saves us from the field position game!

  15. BJD95 11/02/2013 at 2:10 PM #

Guys…it’s our own 5. I don’t understand why we are even handing off. Take a knee and make some halftime adjustments FFS.

    Have another Red Bull, Hat.

Has Larry Fraudora had a stroke? Prick talks out the side of his mouth.

Switzer has more passing touchdowns than the Pack does

  19. MrPlywood 11/02/2013 at 2:14 PM #

I’m going to drive down and target Switzer. That kid is already on my “must hate” list.

  20. packpowerfan 11/02/2013 at 2:15 PM #

I’m gonna need a whole lot more beer during halftime.

  21. GeneralNuisance 11/02/2013 at 2:15 PM #

^^probably nerve damage from sucking down so many red bulls

  22. TheAliasTroll 11/02/2013 at 2:16 PM #

    sucking down something else, probably

Sitting on it is completely congruent with the rest of the decisions/play of his O. They better figure something out. The O looks so limited. Taking a knee inside the 5 would have state taking a knee inside the 1 on the last play if unc uses a TO.

Use a “play” maker to try to get breathing room then take shots to get into FG range. NEVER lay down in the first half with time on the clock…especially when your behind.

Not the way our offense has been playing the last 4 or so drives. You can’t pass, because one incompletion, and the Holes get the ball back in FG position (or 10 yards away from it). Or one holding penalty, and it’s a safety. The odds of us scoring there are maybe 2% tops. The odds of a negative play leading to more Hole points is probably 10-15%.

    OK…. halftime… smoke if you GOTT ’em…

First game against the Holes…. our rookie coaches have had a half to get settled down.

Our D held the Holes 3 and out… 3 times in a row.

Holes figured out our game plan with Mitchell.

It’s all about who does the best job of making the halftime adjustments and getting his team to follow thru.

I am looking for Shadrack to break off a BIG one in the second half. He’s just getting warmed up.

And I expect us to keep ‘pounding’ on Renner, Williams and Ebron.
