    43-38 isn’t much of a lead, but I am encouraged overall. Good flow, and everybody seems to play together pretty well.

    Halftime… Smoke if you GOTT ’em….

    Here’s what I’m seeing so far from our kids….

    Team Ball — A
    Consistency — A
    Attitude — A

    In other words….

    NO hot-dogging,
    NO pouting,
    NO fussing with the refs,
    NO complaining to Coach,
    NO lazy passes going one way with the intended receipent going the other way,
    and
    NO stupid or trick shots.

    More importantly…. Our kids appear to Like playing with each other.

    That said… I think….

    BJD can out-jump BJ Anya,
    Mr. Dog and I can make more free throws than Cuz and Freeman combined,
    and….

    We need to continue to improve fast and get Vandy healthy to be competitive in January.

    Wish we could’ve put some distance once we got up by 10, but it looked like we relaxed some.

    Duke – 59 first half points … yikes.

    Providence up by 3 over BC late in the 2nd
