Late College Games and NFL Open Thread

Time to flush watching that Wake game out of our collective system.

Butch Jones has balls the size of church bells. Georgia is deep doo-doo. Enjoy the action.

Denver gonna score 48 and lose.

  2. Wulfpack 10/06/2013 at 7:24 PM #

QB play in this game off the charts. Romo came to play today. Come on Broncs. Get a stop.

  3. Fastback68 10/06/2013 at 7:24 PM #

Touchdown!!!!!! Isn’t it really awesome that John Fox can spend all his time masterminding the defense?????

  4. Alpha Wolf 10/06/2013 at 7:27 PM #

The Panthers lose by self-destructing. In other words, it’s an Autumn Sunday.

  5. Wulfpack 10/06/2013 at 7:28 PM #

And there it is. Broncs will win. Great game.

  6. Fastback68 10/06/2013 at 7:29 PM #

LMAO. Really earning your new contract Romo!!!

  7. BJD95 10/06/2013 at 7:32 PM #

Woohoo!!!!!! Go for six, damn it!!

  8. BJD95 10/06/2013 at 7:34 PM #

Fuckwit goes out of bounds. Ugh

  9. Wulfpack 10/06/2013 at 7:34 PM #

NFC East should have to forfeit the division winner making the playoffs. Does anybody want that division? Nope. Doesn’t appear so.

  10. BJD95 10/06/2013 at 7:35 PM #

Now take a knee. Dallas should have let Moreno score.

  11. Wulfpack 10/06/2013 at 7:37 PM #

Awesome Denver strategy. Win it with no time.

  12. Fastback68 10/06/2013 at 7:39 PM #

Thank you Denver!!!! Slow clap for Foxy.

  13. BJD95 10/06/2013 at 7:42 PM #

My fantasy team could have used one more Denver WR score…but I will take it. Romo does have his butt cheeks clench up in crunch time, eh?

First positive play by a Denver LB all night.

Honestly – I really do like John Fox as a head coach. He is who I wanted once Kubiak stayed with Houston. You just have to give him a QB he trusts enough to completely leave alone.

But man, will I be happy to get Von Miller back. Hope he can stay off the molly (who does he think he is, a white hipster chick??)

  15. Alpha Wolf 10/06/2013 at 7:58 PM #

Ravers != hipsters. They’re the Molly crowd. And at least ravers aren’t covered in unsightly body hair. Think South Beach chicas vs. Portland wymen.

Fox is a tremendous coach. On pace to win it all this year.

  17. Wulfpack 10/06/2013 at 9:27 PM #

Schaub is ruining it for the Texans. Time for a QB change.

  18. Wufpacker 10/06/2013 at 10:59 PM #

I’m genuinely shocked at how much trouble Schaub and Houston seem to be having this year.

I knew they were in trouble when my Ravens beat them.

  19. ancsu87 10/06/2013 at 11:55 PM #

I am more shocked at the Giants. No one ever told me that Schaub was a great QB and/or one of top 3 in the NFL like you heard about Eli.

  20. Wufpacker 10/07/2013 at 1:07 AM #

Hey, at least the Chargers are representin’ tonight.

    Oy.

  21. Wulfpack 10/07/2013 at 5:17 AM #

That is a horrific loss for the Chargers.

  22. BJD95 10/07/2013 at 7:59 AM #

As a Bronco fan, the Pats and Saints both worry me. They have opportunistic defenses, and offenses that can potentially keep up.

  23. Texpack 10/07/2013 at 8:39 AM #

The Texans season is lost. Matt Schaub has lost it completely. Kubiak has to make a change.

  24. WolfInVolCountry 10/07/2013 at 10:30 AM #

BJD… you are correct, getting Miller back will help the pass rush in Denver and take some off of that woeful secondary (still smarting from last year). Bailey’s return won’t mean much. Oh yeah and the Broncos get their first bye week next week… as the Jags come to town.
