Yeah, I wasn’t a VCU believer (I did pick them though) but they’re looking strong. I need some Colorado St tonight…

Harvard is currently leading New Mexico 39-35. The Lobos look fairly lethargic so far…this one might get interesting late…

Eustace is an awesome coach but here comes Missouri.
Syracuse. Is more athletic than anyone I have seen all year.

    Hope team shows up tomorrow.

Yay CSU. I would take a similar win in our 8/9 match tomorrow. No drama.

NM looks big and sluggish. I gave them way too much credit in all my brackets.

    Harvard hangs on. Bastards.

I guess it’s probably safe to call it a win for ‘Cuse also considering Montana has scored 20 pts in the first 30 mins and need to shave 40 pts in the last 10 to catch up.

Big Sky not so big tonight. Sorry Grizzlies.

So….who had New Mexico going to the Final Four? Not me, but a lot of so-called expert talking heads said it could easily happen. I admit I didn’t have them losing tonight, but I didn’t have them playing next week.

  7. Alpha Wolf 03/22/2013 at 12:27 AM #

Ooooh, Montana is threatening to make a game of it with Syracuse. 68-28 with seven left. LOL

  8. Wufpacker 03/22/2013 at 12:27 AM #

I only took NM as far as S16. Ohio State gets a different victim now I guess.

  9. MrPlywood 03/22/2013 at 12:34 AM #

I had NM at worst in the S16. I listened to those experts. Had I actually ever seen them play I would have probably done differently. They looked like a Y rec league team.

OK Wolfpack, you’re up. Play well, make me proud, win. I want to enjoy the rest of tomorrow’s games!

anyone see that OK State / Oregon game? the ducks made Smart look bad

  12. FluffyMcNutter 03/22/2013 at 12:48 AM #

I had New Mexico in the Finals. My bracket is pretty close to dead after the first day. Go me.

… and it appears that those Yankees from western New York State were channeling Mr. Dog’s Pop with their ZONE DEFENSE tonight….

Montana boys will be shaking their heads for weeks….

Can’t wait to see the Orange and their fans in Cary at the PNC again…. opps….wrong answer.

    Good Night fellas….

  14. MrPlywood 03/22/2013 at 12:53 AM #

Oregon came to play. Smart started trying way too hard. That’s what I love about the tourney. Getting to see all these different matchups under one-and-done pressure.

I wish Davidson had hung on.

^Guess Bob McKillop is happy in Northern Mecklenburg County…he could coach anywhere…

Poor job by the Selection Committee with giving the Mountain West so many At Large bids. Outside of Colorado St, they all looked terrible, and CSU got a good draw with an awful Mizzou team. Awful that conference got more respect than the ACC.

I had the Lobos going to the Final Four! Crap and my Harvard grad Army roomy is coming by on the way to the Final Four in Atlanta in a couple of weeks. I’ll never hear the end of this!!!

12 out of 15 on Day one wasn’t bad, but that was a bracket buster for me!
