Not much to say, when Miami couldn’t miss and didn’t turn it over in the second half it pretty much sealed the deal.

Game 2: NC State/UVA
Refs: Jamie Luckie, Mike Eades, Ray Natili
1st Half
14:31 – 7-4 Pack
11:51 – 12-8 Pack
07:17 – 17-12 Pack (Neither team shooting worth a crap. State: 6-17fg / UVA: 5-16fg)
03:24 – 27-19 Pack
HALFTIME: 30-21 Pack
Well neither team started off shooting the ball very well, in fact it was down right horrible. The pack finally started getting back on track but still, both teams are not doing very well offensively. UVA would be down to their walk-ons if the refs would simply call the obvious fouls that they aren’t calling…you know, little things like Moving Screens/Picks, Knocking down of State players, Hacking. Still, after all that the Pack is the better team and looks it so far with a 9 point lead. This with Howell with a big goose egg with points.
Expect the refs to go from swallowing their whistles to calling the second half ultra-tight with lots of UVA on the foul line.
2nd Half
15:39 – 44-28 Pack (WOO FOR 3!!!!! X 3!!!)
11:17 – 51-36 Pack
07:40 – 59-44 Pack
03:42 – 64-48 Pack
FINAL 75-56 WOLFPACK
SUCK IT HOOS!!!
Both teams shot the ball better and turned it over less but the Pack is just way better than UVA. Also the Pack controlled both boards.
