    If it were anyone but Duke, I’d say that there’s no way they can come back out and continue hitting shots like that. But, Duke can. They’ll score 120.

    Its all about fundamentals. We are not a fundamentally sound basketball team. Tyler Lewis is the only player in a Pack uniform that demonstrates any basic fundamentals of basketball.

    Wish we were getting blizzard here in Winston. 36 degrees and raining.

    Our d has been awful. Nothing like mailing it in. Question is did coaching staff do that as well.

    This team has been so disappointing. Not looking good for the Pack. Lose to Clemson and I will be on the ledge. Don’t think it isn’t possible.

    We play defense from the waist up not the waist down. Watch our players on defense. Their eyes are on the offensive players face, they dont have good position, and they don’t move their feet.

    ^I don’t necessarily agree. Lewis was ready, everyone else didn’t look intense at all – they in fact looked not there at all. That’s happened a lot this season.

    You can’t have poor offensive series against Duke.

    And you gotta go after them early and draw fouls.

    Defensively – no one does well with their guard movement and screens. When they have 3 dribbles / shooters out there it is tough for any team.

    What about all of those missed tip ins early on, wufpup? We actually have 37 shots to their 31. granted they made everything, so they didn’t have any second chance shots off of rebounds, but the fact remains we took more shots than they did. We missed ours, and they made theirs. It’s that simple.

    ^yep – offensive efficiency was bad.

    our game is offense, not defensive stops. I’m more worried about our bad offense than bad defense.

    Who cares? We played like crap and Duke played great. That pretty much sums it up. Second half is just a formality. Duke blitzed us and we didn’t respond very well.

    With Wood’s injury, we now have 5 players. 6 if you count Vandy.

    Put in Robinson and see what he can do. The only way we get back in this is if they hit three or fewer 3’s this half AND we limit Plumlee. Hahaha yeah right.

    I doubt Coach K has ever lost with a 21 point lead. Way too smart.

    Biggest call of the night . . . we cut lead to 12, then CJ Leslie gets called for a hand check on Plumlee on the wing (WTF?) coming out of the Woods injury timeout. You think K was talking to the Ref prior.

    Spread was 10.5 last night – maybe we back door cover with 60 second left.

    ^You’re right, that could’ve made a difference … But that’s too simplistic IMO. If we were ready to go from the start then maybe they hit five threes this half instead of 10. Most of their early shots didn’t have much pressure on them at all. Duke did pretty much whatever they wanted with little resistance.

    They made more 3 pointers than 2 pointers. I would be surprised if they can keep up that pace.
