Because Zo Brown is significantly hobbled, it seems BJD95 is too depressed to even have a raging semi (live blog, that is).  😀

Thus it will be the basic game thread today folks.

    I just wish Coach hadn’t benched Lewis in the second half of the UVA game. I truly believe we would have won if he had stayed with Lewis at the point and Purv at the 2. It was obvious to anyone watching.

    Warren should only be taking 3s if he’s wide open. That’s a freshman mistake though. Honestly, it’s the same confidence that has him taking those 3s that makes him such a valuable scorer. He’ll learn to have better selection, but at least he makes aggressive mistakes. He’s the prototype “irrational confidence guy”, as Bill Simmons would say.

    Anybody watching Lewis play games earlier this season would not have thought he would be fine. He is playing incredible so far today, this is a great step for the Pack. Good on Gott for not putting Zo out there and for giving Lewis the chance to let his balls drop in a huge roll in a big time game.

    Yes, WBS was overwhelmed even against the cupcake foes. The light switch has flipped. So happy that it has. Kid deserves a lot of credit.

    We’re a better halfcourt team with Lewis at the point. Personally, I’ve thought all along that if Lewis could get up to speed that Zo and he should be playing together. Hope to see that once Zo is back.

    I’m thinking when Brown comes back he plays same minutes as before but sometimes at off-guard to take advantage of his slashing + Lewis’s passing.

    I think this team just got a little more deadlier and deeper with Lewis breaking out and Vandy looking like he could fill in a few minutes every game.
