(14)Miami at (19)NC State – Game Thread

Because Zo Brown is significantly hobbled, it seems BJD95 is too depressed to even have a raging semi (live blog, that is).  😀

Thus it will be the basic game thread today folks.

You know how these work.  Have at it.

No, he’s not better than Zo…but different skillset. Having both on the floor together would give a different look for opponents to have to adjust to.

Good feed pass by Lewis. Should have gotten two there.

  3. Wulfpack 02/02/2013 at 4:50 PM #

He is playing better than Zo right now. Zo has been a turnover machine. It is obvious.

    Yeah Lewis!!!

  5. JeremyH 02/02/2013 at 4:50 PM #

    Lewis representing Stateville today.

    “I’ll do this myself.” WBS.

  7. BJD95 02/02/2013 at 4:50 PM #

But I would love to see WBS and Zo play together at times. Especially to take some stress off his ankle.

Holy shit, that was a sweet drive.

Somebody guard the little white guy!!!!

  9. JeremyH 02/02/2013 at 4:50 PM #

no need to compare Lewis with Zo. Together they will be dynamite.

  10. Alpha Wolf 02/02/2013 at 4:51 PM #

Come the hell on, ref…that’s not a foul!!!!

  11. Wufpacker 02/02/2013 at 4:51 PM #

Holy crap. Here come’s the striped equalizers.

  12. coach13 02/02/2013 at 4:51 PM #

what the fK!!! Refs doing crowd control????

  13. bill.onthebeach 02/02/2013 at 4:51 PM #

CALVIN with the “assist”… picks WBS up off the floor….

maybe some of them will quit calling him Tyler Harris after this game.

  14. Wulfpack 02/02/2013 at 4:51 PM #

So is obviously the more talented guy and better on D, but he is often out of control. Lewis is all over today. Pitching a near perfect game. He is seizing the moment.

  15. JeremyH 02/02/2013 at 4:52 PM #

I think that Lewis’s bbiq is contagious

  16. Alpha Wolf 02/02/2013 at 4:52 PM #

In years past, that Howell shot would have rolled off of the front of the rim.

  17. bill.onthebeach 02/02/2013 at 4:53 PM #

Gary just said ‘Tyler is doing a good job of getting under the Miami guards skin….

    shades of George Karl…. maybe…

make ’em mad with your hustle…

  18. Gowolves 02/02/2013 at 4:53 PM #

This is whole different team with Lewis running point!

  19. JeremyH 02/02/2013 at 4:53 PM #

Alpha that happens in road games.

  20. wufpup76 02/02/2013 at 4:53 PM #

Crap call … Gotta let him come down. Defender not in position – no call there.

  21. coach13 02/02/2013 at 4:53 PM #

Refs becoming a part of the game

  22. MISTA WOLF 02/02/2013 at 4:53 PM #

Since Purvis was referenced to Monroe last week maybe the announcers will start referring to Tyler and Corchiani.

  23. JeremyH 02/02/2013 at 4:54 PM #

What are the refs doing? They are injecting themselves into the game for no reason whatsoever. Fark. Its like they blow whistles so people might think they know what they are doing.

  24. Wulfpack 02/02/2013 at 4:55 PM #

Our offense is so smooth right now with Lewis running it. He is creating so many opportunities for the boys. I mean, he has to see big minutes following this stellar performance. If he shits the bed, fine. But he is earning his minutes. This is a fantastic performance.

  25. Alpha Wolf 02/02/2013 at 4:55 PM #

Jeremy, Jamie Luckie is not going to keep himself out of the spotlight for forty full minutes.
