A fantastic feature on ESPN’s College Gameday yesterday with Will Privette and CJ Leslie that you’ve got to see linked here.
Thank goodness that this situation worked out to where Privette ended up safe, happy and even an advocate for allowing people make their own decisions in life and be responsible for the consequences of their decisions.
I’m hoping that the fact that a guy in a wheel chairs was able to be safe in the middle of all of that chaos will serve to squelch the ‘fun Nazis’ that try to suppress fans from these types of celebrations.
In case you missed it earlier in the week, you can click here to see Privette and Leslie’s appearance on NBC’s Today Show.
Watched it this morning. Great story and two great representatives of NCSU. This put a punctuation mark on a great if not “Classic†game. Whether the game was classic or not might be in dispute, this ending was without a doubt. So proud to be a State grad. Go Pack.
These guys are representing the university so well. Such a complete transformation from a public perspective for Mr. Leslie. You just can’t buy this kind of exposure. Well done!
